When you push the bottom rack in the silverware tray pulls the seal off. It doesn't matter how good it cleans dishes when I have to repair it everytime I put silverware in it. Very disappointed!!

Pros: It is extremely quiet Cons: 3rd rack blocks objects on 2nd rack. Silverware holder cannot be relocated. Buttons are too easily hit when closing. Dispenser door fails to open. After 6 months this dishwasher already needs repair. The detergent dispenser door does not open and we've done all of the standard troubleshooting to no avail. Despite this, I'm not very pleased with this dishwasher as it's design and features, which sound good, make it difficult to use and annoying. I've already removed the top rack as it prevented anything other than a standard sized glass being placed on the 2nd rack, including water bottles, travel mugs and bowls. The silverware rack cannot be relocated as it only fits in one spot. This is not a big deal during a meal clean-up but if you want to quickly open the dishwasher and toss in a fork or spoon, you have to fully lower the door and slide out the bottom tray to use any of the back slots for the silverware. When opening and closing this dishwasher you must be careful not to press on the door (it flexes in a lot) or the center of the top as you're sure to hit a button and change how the dishwasher runs. It is not a very fast dishwasher, and for the extra time taken it doesn't appear to clean much better than our 15 year old whirlpool did. I would not recommend this product.

I am pretty disappointed at the quality. Everything is of cheap plastic except for the front of the door (basically a thin sheet of stainless steel. You even have to be gentle with the door when you close it because it's so light. The stainless steel part is not flat to the the door and mine already has a big dent from pushing it shut. I paid to have it installed and it is too much of a hassle to return. I bought the 5 year warranty so lets hope I have it for at least that long.

My old dishwasher died right before Christmas. I did some reviews and this product seemed to be an ok choice with lots of features, however my wife and 2 daughters all complained to me that it just doesn't clean. The upside is that the guys who installed it were AWESOME. Along with BBuy as being an Elite member, I just called them with the new dishwasher I wanted and they scheduled the exchange.

We have had multiple problems with this dishwasher related to the sensor. It works fine for a few weeks, but then will not turn on when we push the start button. After a couple of weeks, we will go back to the dishwasher and it miraculously turns on. I have called for service on it, but honestly don't know what they will find. I wish I had done more research not this product before buying it.

Don't appreciate it doesn't have a one button feature to turn it off or on. Didn't see that before purchasing.

Returned. My little kids were all over the controls. I had to order one that had the buttons on the top.

Pain in the neck trying to get light on wash off once it’s done instructions horrible

I just hate being duped. This dishwasher does not come with the pictured WiFi device (nowhere does it say it is optional). It also says “yes” in the specifications under App-controlled (does not say optional). But, you guessed it! It costs extra. When I called Best Buy, the guy was nice but said. Should have looked in “frequently bought together” to see that some people bought the controller. Well, why would I care what other people bought at the same time, and why can’t I trust the photos and specs? You might also want to know that the 1 hour wash takes 113 minutes if you want them dry. Also, the “clean” light goes out the first time you open the door after a wash. So if you don’t unload it right away, the rest of your family puts dirty dishes in it. This is old school. It seems to clean ok and looks nice for a cheap dishwasher, but, yeah, I’m angry at being duped.

The dishwasher worked as expected for approximately 3.5 years. I was very satisfied with the performance up until the UI control panel no longer lit up or functioned. The UI control panel would temporarily function after disconnecting the power but would then quit after a few cycles. This continued for a few power resets but then hasn't come back on now for more than three weeks. I feel like this dishwasher should have worked as expected for more than 3.5 years.
