Ice Maker, no, Water Leaker

Posted .We'd like to help out with the slow ice production you are noticing. We first recommend checking to make sure that the temperature for the freezer is set at 0°F. The food load in your unit also can impact the production of ice. If the fresh food and freezer compartments are less than 1/2 full, plastic gallon jugs of water may be placed in the refrigerator compartment to assist in maintaining the proper temperature and run time.
