Love my new microwave It has convection so now I can bake in it to So cool

This microwave arrived as expected, and was installed without any issues. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it isn't that easy to use.

Andrew was our sales person and he was attentive friendly and very informative. We had a couple of glitches but no fault of Pacific Sales or Best Buy. Everything got corrected and fixed.

A very nice well built Convection Microwave. The problem was that it took three months for a third party installer from Total Tech Support to show up. Even then the third party installer did a terrible installation that took me three hours to correct.

We bought this because of the convection cooking capability. It is very handy to be able to use the microwave to cook small items without having to heat up the oven. Not crazy about the dial that you use to set the cook time. Seems like extra button pushes are required to cook something but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

This microwave is great for all the regular uses, popping popcorn, reheating and cooking food in frozen food packaging. I haven’t found a dish/item to try out the convection option, yet.

Both microwave and convection oven were very low powered. Cooking times were unacceptable.

I love this microwave! It is a replacement for the same model that I had before. However there are some improvements to this one, such as a stainless steel interior. It is not only easier to clean the interior, but also cools quickly so that I can use the microwave settings soon after I have used the convection oven feature. Also, it seems like the settings are more accurate for cooking and reheating then my previous one. I highly recommend it to anyone Looking for an over the range convection oven microwave.

Bought this as a replacement for our 10 year old cheap over range microwave. It does the job. Went for the convection add-in because we like the convection feature of our full-size oven. This adds a second available oven for those big family gatherings. To be fair, the convection portion of this oven is not nearly as capable as the full size oven, but it does work.

I would not spend the extra for a convection oven in the future, we don’t use it enough to make it a meaningful option. I do not like that is does not have an adjustable power level, only able to adjust time.

Really like this product. Only disappointment was that it only came with one rack, yet has the ability to use 2 racks at one time. Bake and cook a lot and needed that 2 rack option. Got another one from another dealer, and all is good.

So easy to use. The convenience buttons are pretty self explanatory and make using the microwave easier. I love the fact that I can use the fan and the timer and cook something all at the same time which was something I couldn’t do with my last microwave.

Always had Ge products and Happy with the performance

It works fine. Haven’t tried the convection feature or steam clean feature yet. Door feels cheap and tinny when it closes. It’s the only microwave I could find to fit the space where my previous one was installed.

The old one finally died! Love the new microwave as I can bake in it, too. The new one has many more features and I'm anxious to try them all out.

Had for 4 months now. Looks good & works great! Easy to use.

Nothing too fancy about this microwave oven There is a Dial that needs to be used for adjusting cooking/heating time.It requires getting used to in the first week or so. Looks impressive. It is roomy. Not as noisy as our previous microwave was

I bought this microwave as a replacement for a similar GE Profile microwave that finally gave out after 12 years of heavy use. I was happy with that one, but GE has significantly upgraded the product over the years. It operates flawlessly. Be advised that getting one of these installed is expensive.
