Very nice microwave

However, GE service took care of it without issue, though it took 2 weeks to get me the part and obviously had to manually rotate food in the meantime. This is otherwise a really good performing and looking microwave.

Now, with bestbuy totaltech, they wont repair since manufacturer warranty is still active, they told me either call GE or uninstall it, bring it in for return or exchange. Only problem is they are saying it'll be over a month to get a new one, so I am just expected to have no microwave with an empty spot above stove for over a month... And for return it will go back to my bestbuy card which is paid off so I can't even get my money back to buy elsewhere. Terrible product and even worse customer service from bestbuy.

If you’d like to share your feedback regarding your experience with Best Buy, their customer service can be reached at 1 (888) 237-8289. If your microwave isn’t working at all, you may want to check the fuse or circuit breaker to ensure there’s no issue, or try disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often resolve a problem. If it may be helpful, troubleshooting tips are available on page 19 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. If you aren’t able to resolve this concern with troubleshooting, you may want to take advantage of your warranty and reach out to our service department at 833-426-3393. A technician would be glad to examine the microwave for any issues. -Sarah@GEAppliances
