This was a replacement for the 2017 model installed in my developer built kitchen. It’s a little noisy but works amazing and the design is very sleek. We get lots of compliments from guests.

It works well. My only real complaint is that the controls are stiff and slower to respond than I would like. After you click start it feels like the microwave has to think for a second or two before it finally turns on. It is actually probably pretty short but it feels longer than it should be.

We have a month with this product and so far so good works great easy installation.

GE Profile Over the Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking - this microwave is fantastic! Love the sensor cooking too - it also has a sensor and will automatically turn on the fan when you are cooking on your stove beneath it.

Overall the microwave is good. For the price it could have a few more options such as "melt" but it IS fast (at least much faster than our older GE it replaced).since there is no handle, the door is much larger than it could be but not something we can't get used to. Same with dark glass door window. You can see through, but it's darker than it could be. Bought thinking I could simply replace my old GE Profile but had to drill all new holes and wall hanger is lower due to taller microwave. Overall, good for what we use it for.

This is the right size for over my oven. The light under is bright. It is quiet. I like the control buttons on the bottom.

It’s a nice modern looking microwave and was fairly easy to install. It had a noisy rattling noise when I first ran it but it went away after tightening a screw inside.

Clean lines and compliments our GE Dual Oven! The side open takes a minute to get used to but the overall look is worth it.

I am very impressed with the quality of this microwave. It is very appealing to the eyes as it has a sleek look. The sensor cooking feature is also very useful. I thought it was very gimmicky at first but it turned out to be very handy.

Instillation did have problems. The rear bracket was easy. Locating the mounting holes for the front was totally bad even with the supplied diagram. Did solve it but it took a lot of measuring. No doubt the problem comes from different cabinet styles. It would be nice if the control panel could be illuminated.

Looks great on the outside. Inside is too dark. Like not having a handle sticking out. Bought it because the controls and are at the bottom instead of the side making it easy for my daughter to use

Love that the buttons are on the bottom not the side. Much easier to reach. All the normal functions on one side and the more fancy stuff on the other. So easy to use

I recently purchased the GE Profile Over-The-Range Microwave w/Sensor Cooking. The appliance is very easy to use right from the get go. It literally walks you thru the options. I look forward to delving into the many options available to me with this appliance. So far, it does not disappoint. Sally K

I've been using this for a while now so I could give a better review. Install wasn't too bad but not all OTR microwaves use the same drill holes for mounting is what I learned but it was still a great experience for the first time. It looks beautiful with everything else. The sensor reheat is as close to perfect that I've ever dealt with. Overall I am very impressed and extremely happy.

I purchased this unit to match the appliance brand in my kitchen and the size left by the previous malfunctioning above range microwave. This unit is 1 inch larger in the depth so the installer had to rig the installation process a bit. There’s a section for a filter that was not included in the box. I called GE and they promptly sent out one. The filter still does not fit properly in the slot designed for it. The food heats adequately and evenly. It’s not exceptionally fast when heating meals as opposed to other microwaves. There’s no night light timer in this expensive model. Due to the size of the above range microwave location and brand, we were limited in microwave options. All in all, I really hated paying almost $600 bucks for this basic microwave!

This microwave is awesome, it is easy to use and seems so much bigger than my old one. I am very happy with this purchase.

While this is a decent microwave for the price, it is missing some very important features that were found on the older model it replaced. The touch pads that control everything are not illuminated and not always responsive. Additionally, there is no longer a way to set the "night light" for an automatic on and off time. I have found both of these deficiencies to be disappointing.

Nice capacity for its footprint but seems a bit loud when running. I do notice that the way the door opening works, it constantly needs cleaning becasue the fingerprints really show.
