This bought microwave for my parents given their previous one had be destroyed by a small stove fire. Anyways, my parents had the small model before and choose to go with the model because we enjoyed the other one so much. Funtion wise, the appliance works great as it should. Has lots of volume inside, no trouble reheating food, relatively quiet exhaust fans & easy to panel as should be expected. Greatest feature of the mircowave is it’s Aesthetics. The very small color difference in buttons matters the illusion of seemless panel at a distance. It helps the mircowave wave blend into the background but the scheme color stills draws your attention without going over broad. Overall, if in the market for an over-the-range mircowave, those GE profile should be considered.

Great microwave. Have yet to find a negative. Purchased about a month ago. Use daily. Never fails to impress! Great job, GE. Thanks to Best Buy for stocking microwave, and for offering it at most reasonable price out there. Win-win all the way around!

Love the color and the sleak look with the hidden handle.

The microwave runs so quietly that you can barely here it when it is on. The digital technology is easy to use. Great features for auto cook, reheat, and auto cook. Plenty of space for large items. We love the chef connect feature as well.

Bought this microwave based off the look only. My last GE profile lasted 15 years. The door handle broke on the old one. I suppose this model won’t have that issue. Haha!

Loving my profile bluetooth microwave the fact that I can use my phone to heat my food up is so convenient to one ! Ge these profile appliances are pretty cool

The microwave is very nice, we had one in the past. Our kitchen is GE Profile. The installers we're lousy. They were two very disrespectful bullys. My wife and I pray that if we ever again nee Best Buy to install appliances for us,we won't have the misfortune of getting those two as installers.

The installers did a good job but my wife and I resented him very loudly voicing his political views. This was not the forum for politics. This made the experience uncomfortable.

Perfect upgrade to our old microwave. Love the no handle look and hubby said it was super easy to install.

easy to install good product bought with minor damage

Wow I just love my new GE profile microwave and looks very sleek. I get a lot of compliments on it and it really brings my kitchen into the new technology

I wish there was another microwave that would match my existing set so I could avoid this microwave. I've lost track how many time we had the original one worked on. Our warranty ended so we bought a brand new one a year ago and after having a horrible experience with the Geek Squad replacement we are supposedly getting a new one, lets see how long this one will last. Worst microwave ever and they continue to make it.

Best Buy stands behind their products. Best Buy replaces the product if something goes wrong through the service plan. We’ve had to replace it twice because it starts to malfunction.

I like the controls along the bottom of the door, it is easier for my wife to work

Works as advertised, no surprises. Looks better than we expected. The remodeling company almost had us convinced to hide it away in a cabinet.
