Overall though we are very happy with it, the wifey especially. The installer was super cool and informative. He did a great job!

There are plenty of dishwashing cycles to select from and one of the best features is how quiet it is. I can barely even tell its running. Another great feature is the ability to connect it to the app!

Poor quality - Extended warranty it's a joke

Technicians have attempted to repair the dishwasher six times, and it has now been more than six months without a working unit. I do not recommend the Total Member extended warranty—this process has been a waste of time, and my time is valuable. I requested a replacement after multiple failed repairs, yet I am being told I need to wait another 2–3 weeks for yet another appointment. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

My Bosch stopped working, and I couldn't get anyone to repair it. Wish this had a rinse and hold feature. Have to leave it set on heavy wash to get dishes clean, but only wash a few times a week. The sanitized clean and microban are a plus.

I did quite a bit of research and for the money this model offers the most and best features that I was looking for. I just can't believe how quiet it is!

The installers arrived in a very timely matter. They worked well as a team, resolved the electrical hookup problem with safety and care. The dishwasher was completely installed within an hour. All three installers/technicians were polite, patient and kind. They observed all maximum health protection of safety in my home. I would highly recommend Best Buy to all my friends.

Also has an app that tells you about any malfunctions etc. Keeps inventory of the amount of pods you have left and you can have it order some automatically if you want.
