Terrible!! Don’t buy!! I had it for less that 2 weeks. The bottom rack broke the first day. It didn’t clean the dishes at all. Left a nasty film with puddles of dirty water on cups. I had Best Buy exchange it with another dishwasher. Save yourself the time & frustration. DONT BUY
We know any issues with the bottom rack and cleaning performance would be frustrating, and this definitely isn’t what we would expect from our dishwasher. If you still had the unit, we would have been happy to help with troubleshooting (making sure the water temperature is at least 120 degrees F and the filter isn’t clogged can often help with an issue with cleaning performance, for example), or service if necessary. As you’ve exchanged it, your feedback will still be shared with our team for consideration. Going forward, we’ll do all we can to earn your trust in our brand again.

Best buy left stickers on the front that ended up taking off the stainless steel
To remove stickers, labels or adhesive from your appliance, we recommend using liquid dishwashing detergent, mineral oil, cooking oil or De-Solv-it® Cleaner (citrus solution type). Saturate the sticker or residual adhesive using a soft, clean cloth and let it soak .Remove the oil and the sticker using a clean soapy cloth then rinse and wipe it dry. Do not use any other type of cleaner or solvent as this may damage the finish. If you have not done so already, we recommend calling Best Buy customer service at 1-888-327-8289 to discuss the situation further. -Vikki@GEAppliances

We had this installed by Best Buy through Total Tech in Feb 2022. After a few months, the washer had an issue. It took Total Tech over a month to fix it. Another year goes by and it's March 2023, another issue where the washer won't run. Another control panel issue. Well, now it's June 2024 and SAME ISSUE with the control panel, but now they won't cover it, even under Total Tech. I have to buy another dishwasher. All told it lasted about 30 months with the control panel replaced twice, with over 2.5 months of downtime waiting for repairs and parts.
We certainly wouldn’t expect your dishwasher to have recurring issues, and we know this must have been difficult to deal with. If you have an extended warranty, working with them would often be the best way to resolve a concern. But if you’re not able to get assistance with your control panel concern, you’re more than welcome to send us a private message over our GE Appliances social media (such as Facebook or Instagram) with a copy of this review and your contact information. For the 1st 2 weeks it worked well. Week 3 it broke. The repair man has been out twice and it is still not fixed. Each time a new code comes up as something else being wrong. I would prefer a brand new dishwasher NOT A LEMON. We are still waiting for an answer on that.

Only used it for a week

I used it for a week and then I had to call GE for a technician to come in and repair it. I’m still waiting for it to be fixed almost a month later. When it was work, I enjoyed it so I’ll give it the one star.

Bad install, then stopped working less than a month in. Not happy at all with Best Buy.
