I've heard GE is an excellent company, however this particular refrigerator is vastly different from the kind we usually purchased in the past (Samsungs). Example, the water pitcher filled once and subsequently never filled up again. In fact, it would only fill about 1/4 of the way. The refrigerator would make a loud annoying sound when filling up. The refrigerator did keep the contents cold, and the overall design was pleasing visually, but the loud annoying sound when filling up the internal water pitcher was just too much. Additionally, the ice maker is very slow to produce iced. After several days with little ice being available for use, we called Best Buy and was told this was normal for a refrigerator to produce very little ice within the first 48 hours. According to the instructions we had to discard the initial ice for proper filtration reasons. However, after almost 9 days we still had very little ice. We then reluctantly called Best Buy who promptly assisted us with this Delima.

This Refrigerator is Beautiful. I love all the features and the look this Refrigerator is giving off. The middle drawer is a major plus. I put all my cold drinks and wine stored at a reasonable temperature. So far loving my appliance.

Plus side excellent led lighting. spacious interior and love shelving. Adjustment to how ice and water is delivered, works great. loves easy access right door without opening fridge. On Minus side bottom freezer drawer little stiff, needs smoother transition bit heavy to pull open and close.

Appears to be a quality product. The LED lighting is the best I have seen. Lots of room and easy to organize drawers and shelves. The icemaker is not the fastest but fills the container in about 24 hours. The removable water pitcher in the door is a great feature and a time saver. The water filter system is the best I have used so far.
It was on sale, discounted about $1600. I hope that is not a red flag for problems with this model but so far so good.

Also love the inside water dispenser make my kitchen look fantastic.

Remodeled kitchen with new GE appliances we like the appliances they're quiet seem efficient. Big issue refrigerator does not cool after 11 months. Hopefully it's still covered under warranty.

Probably a nice refrigerator. I found the lighting TOO bright. Shelves seemed fragile, too light weight. Noisy opening/closing all 3 doors/drawers. Middle drawer reduced functionality in main compartment. Reduced space for its size. Freezer upper shelf sometimes slid forward with drawer opening sometimes not. Didn't like this refrigerator. Lowes delivery people were all friendly helpful competent and generally GREAT.
