Rating: 1/5. DO NOT BUY THIS. Save your yourself the headache!
Purchased in September 2024. The dryer blew a fuse within the first three months, and neither Best Buy nor GE would replace it due to warranty limitations. Just over a year later, the washer lid broke, conveniently outside GE’s one-year warranty. GE would only repair it if I purchased a $375 extended warranty.
After buying the extended warranty through GE/Assurant/Bodewell, a technician came out but didn’t have the part and said he would order it and return in two weeks. Two weeks later, there was no part, no follow-up, and I was told the claim had been closed without any order placed. We’ve now been without a washer for a month.
This has been a complete failure—from poor product quality to incompetent service and endless customer service calls. I’m canceling the warranty and requesting a refund. Save yourself the frustration and time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I do love the look of this dryer. Like its washing counterpart, I enjoy being able to see the clothes getting dried with the clear front loading door. I did have an issue with the drying time originally but Best Buy and GE were able to handle the issue in a very timely manner. Other than that, I have not had any other problems. Clothes get completely dried and smell good!
Hey there- Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you are loving your dryer and that it is working efficiently for you! Missing power chord

Was without a dryer for a few weeks settled with this one, finally got shipped in but when I opened it there was no power cord. Mind you the product description says it comes with the power cord so now I have to go buy one or wait another week for a technician to come out to install one and that's too long for some dry clothes
Most electric dryer power cords are sold separately to ensure that they comply with all state and local wiring codes. These codes can vary significantly from state to state, and even, city to city. Since it is not possible to anticipate the final destination of a dryer as it leaves the assembly line and install the proper cord, the local dealer usually provides the power cord. The cord type will vary according to the home's wiring (ex. 3-wire connection vs 4-wire connection).
