This dryer worked very well, however, it was the incorrect dryer to go with the washing machine. I did receive the replacement which doesn’t give me an option to review as of yet.

I just graduated and needed a washed and dryer for the house i am renting. This was such a great purchase, they are big but not too big, and so easy to use!

I recently purchased a G.E. washer and dryer from Best Buy for my daughter. They both are running perfectly, and the man who waited on us made the entire purchase really easy. I will definitely look at Best Buy for any future appliance purchases!

Washer and dryer are fine, work how they are intended. My issue is with how delivery was handled and also the store manager in Pearland Josh. Delivery was scheduled for the Monday the storm hit so I understand the delivery cancellation. What I don’t understand is why my delivery was not rescheduled for Tuesday. The folks on Tuesday pushed to Wednesday and the deliveries on Wed pushed to Thursday. That would be fair to all, instead my delivery was pushed to Thursday, behind the deliveries I was supposed to be in front of. A little work from BB so all deliveries are fair. Josh is a jerk, have not been talked down to like that in some time. The way he speaks to and interacts with customers is not good for BB. Extremely condescending and rude. Spoke to me like I was an idiot and definitely did not solve the reason I came to the store. I tried to return the dryer kit I paid for and did not need for the install and instead of simply explaining what he could and could not do, he treated the customer like they were stupid! And in front of 2 other employees. Josh. should not be interacting with customers. When I spoke to customer service about my delayed delivery, they said they would discuss some kind of compensation for the total inconvenience, have not heard anything from customer service. I would hope BB would respond to this review and consider taking care of a long time customer.

Nice size from our 4cft dryer, however 2 weeks after use it stopped heating, best buy would not touch it since we didn't purchase their warranty (29 days old). GE is fixing it. Just remember if you don't buy the Ext. warranty from Best Buy, they will charge you. I will never buy appliances there again.
The build quality on this unit is bad.

Large capacity is great for drying a queen sized comforter, but it takes several cycles. The lint trap isn't the best either, it builds up quickly under the trap, even if you clean the trap between cycles.
