We have only owned the washer/dryer a few days, but have used it not stop while awake and even while sleeping with delay wash. The app was easy to set up and I love the sync feature. I also love the 5 minute warnings that the washer or dryer will be done, although it was non stop all weekend for us! Lol The delivery/installation team at best buy was amazing! They were polite, professional, neat, knowledgeable and most importantly the lead guy knew exactly what he was doing! I hope best buy knows how great this employee is! I wish I remembered his name but will update review onceI find out. Thank you best buy for a pleasant experience

I have using Best Buy almost 9 years now never have any issues. Last week I bought a set of washer and dryer but had issues to dryer having noise but the the guy who installed he called the Best Buy support right away and going to change it bring the new one and take the defective one already scheduled this week this is why I like Best Buy. Thank Best Buy

Posted .We are so glad to hear you are happy with your purchase. This is a beautiful model that is an Energy Star Dryer. This has 7.4 cubic ft and many great features. It is normal to hear it running but it shouldn't be overly loud. If you feel there is an issue, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell service by calling 1-833-426-3393.

All my clothes smell burnt and there is an issue with the gas heating. Got the Best Buy warranty but it still costs $100 to get them out here and the service window is 7am to 7pm. Real cool. This thing is 14 months old.
