E20 ERROR 24/7 CANT EVEN USE HOT TO DRY

So my husband and I have owned this dryer and the matching washer for almost a year. Dryer is always E20ing, they came once to fix it, told us to clean the lint trap and duct, but it still has the same issue. Ive tried 2 other times to talk to someone with no help. I can only use medium heat to dry and nothing about dry for the clothing dryness option. I have to dry blankets more than once in order to get them dry. The washer is just as bad, i have to wash blankets a few times before they smell clean to me and the softner and bleach dispenser is always getting clogged. I really wish G&E would just buy these back so I can get a reliable washer and dryer

No issues I recommend this gas dryer. It does not take long to dry clothes. It is big enough for comforters.

I am very disappointed with this washer and dryer. I did a lot of research and I felt GE was the most reliable brand. This washer is too complicated! The first one only ran for a few minutes before it stopped running. I returned it a few days later. The sensors kept turning on. This was the most expensive one and definitely not worth it.

this dryer is terrible. I need to send it through 3 cycles to dry towels and that's on cotton high. I hate it and im getting rid of it

Item is damaged and we have called several times and get the run around. Nobody will help and fix the dryer you damaged and sent me and i paid you how much for this item.. Im truely dissatisfied.

Excellent washing machine with a lot of power in the motor, it can wash very heavy clothes and leave them very dry. I am very happy with the way it can wash even the heaviest clothes without any problem.

It has lots of features, but the clothes got soaking wet on Steam clean cycle. Not sure if installer connected to the cold water pipe as opposed to hot water (connection needs to be checked). Would recommend if its just an error on installation.

I love this dryer! We had a Samsung and changed to this. It's quiet, has a ton of options, and it's efficient. We have a ton of kids and big dogs in the house. Dog hair and major laundry isn't an issue!

Worst purchase keeps breaking

I bought a GE dryer a little over a year ago, and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve had a technician out 5-6 times, yet GE refuses to replace it, insisting on “repairs” that never last. The inconvenience is exhausting—I’m losing time and money on repairs and laundromat trips. GE’s customer service has been no help; every call leads to empty promises with no real fix. This dryer is a total disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and avoid GE products, they dont care about the customer.
