If I had to do it over, I would not buy this microwave. I miss my buttons on my old microwave that all you did was press 1 through 6 and it cooked for 1 to 6 minutes. This microwave interupts your wifi connection. Once the microwave is finished cooking or reheating, your wifi comes back. I had a tech come out to see if we had radiation leakage which we do not. By the time I figured out what was interfering with the internet, my 30 days to return it had expired. Using a router booster did not help either. That was another $80 down the drain.

I love this thing. It has a reheat button that turns on a sensor. This knows when the food is done. No guessing. Nuke and eat. First time I've ever had a frozen burrito that was hot all the way through. Even works for melting cheese for Nachos. A must have for a man cave or college dorm. It is freakin awesome. Big enough to do 2 family size frozen dinners at the same time. If you want a killer microwave, look no farther.

Love the oven so far. Stainless looks nice, and it is very quiet.

I have read the other reviews with major problems, however my unit has worked very well since purchased 14 months ago. I agree that the popcorn feature leaves a lot to be desired with only three weight settings to choose from - none of which match my popcorn. I have never had the time reset as one review states. Overall I'd buy it again, but I recommend the 4 year ($20) service plan because my last two microwaves quit working after 3 1/2 years. Different brands but made by the same manufacturer.

The experience at the store was very nice. The sales staff and the person who was located inside the main entrance were very nice and helpful. The microwave although rather large, works very well for my requirement.

I am a big GE fan, but this microwave was a disaster. It was DOA...I plugged it in and immediatly the interior light started blinking, the dish started to start and stop, and it wouldn't turn off. Tired eveny tick in the book but it kept doing it, finally had to pull the plug....tried to start it and it did nothing but start stop start stop. Nothing would make it work. Had to return it to Bestbuy, and went back to HomeDepot and bought another SHARP, it was cheaper and they delivered it for free, unlike Bestbuy, where I had to pick it up, and go return it.

So I have owned this for about a year and now it heats....sometimes. It doesn't defrost well unless you like to cook with frozen stuff. VERY unreliable.

This microwave would run for about 3 seconds and then stop. Even though it is the top rated microwave by consumer reports, have a look at their user reviews. Many of them had the same experience and gave it a 2 out of 5 stars. Do not buy this microwave. It is a piece of junk.

Big improvement over our old microwave. More powerful and more options.

I could not wait to receive this microwave as I had read reviews and looked forward to all of the different features. However, it cannot perform the most basic function - making popcorn, which my husband eats several times a week. Selecting the "popcorn" key on the microwave results in 1/2 cooked popcorn and we've tried every brand out there. If you add time so that the kernels are popped, the popcorn comes out burnt every time! Even though there are features which I do like about this microwave, I wish that I had never purchased this model because of this issue.

Worked great for a couple of years then died. Costs almost as much to repair as to buy a new microwave.

Love, Love, Love this microwave. Looks great, cooks great and you can see what you are cooking without putting your face close to the microwave. What else is there.

I carefully selected this Microwave and ordered it though BestBuy. After receiving the shipment, I never got to plug it in. When I put it on the counter and opened the door, I noticed a manufacture's defect. The interior wall was cracked. Best Buy promptly accepted the return, but now, I need to re-order. I will update the review once I obtain a replacement microwave.
