The pull out rack makes it so easy to get your food.The best feature about the over is that you can turn it on and set the temp you want. Great oven for the price.

Only cons: the cook timer shows “00:02” and then the seconds are small next to it. I thought they could send a software update to make it show 02:37” for minutes and seconds - how often does someone cook for more than an hour? Also the oven light turns on the light for both ovens. Again- simple software fix could fix it.

I use the convection feature often and like how it crisps roasted vegetables. My holiday turkey was perfect (convection bake). This oven is much larger than my previous oven. It was perfect for the holidays, with both ovens filled up. I also like the wireless features, but you don't need to use wireless to use the oven.

I had some issues with the boiler on the top oven the first time I used it. It took a while to get everything working correctly. Do not like the oven steam clean. I wish they had two timers one for each oven instead of one. Built in meat thermometer does not work. I recently having issues with the timer not showing the Dismiss. Itis interment when it shows and doesn't show. Love that I control it from my phone.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: both ovens have convection, but Black was not available so Slate doesn't match my other kitchen appliances Cons: Even though the measurements were exactly the same as my old GE Profile 30" double oven, the installers said they had to add some wood strips to "lift" it to the proper height. For this they charged us an added $70, EVEN THOUGH we had free installation. I don't think we should have been charged and would like to know if Best Buy knows this is happening?

Please note Best Buy is responsible for it and that was caused inconvenience to customer. We were not happy with the service from Best Buy. Can someone from BestBuy contacted, we would like to escalate this issue with them. Thanks.

The oven does not stay on and continues to shut off during the preheating stage. We have had it fixed multiple times by changing the computer panel, pulling it out of the walland changing wires in the back and it still will not stay on. It works sporadically. We are replacing it with another brand. DO NOT BUY!!!!
