Takes a bit longer to preheat as it’s a convection oven which has the lower heating elements hidden. First time we have been using both ovens at the same time. The French fries baking program works well (you may need to add another 4-5 minutes) I’m giving it 5 stars, despite the fact that the first unit we received had an issue (F841 error), because the installers pointed out the issue and helped get a brand new replacement within a week.

Installers used the included additional facing plates to make sure oven fit well and looked great in original cut out. Wore protective gear face masks while in my home. Did a nice job removing original double oven without damaging any trim or walls

Best Buy went above and beyond in scheduling, delivery and installation. All went great, particularly since it was the Wednesday before thanksgiving. In here installed cooking by lunch time.

Massive improvement over our previous design and that model’s appearance. The range of cooking options that are available is quite impressive. Everything seems to be working well.

Instructions were provided. The workmen who installed these ovens were efficient and did not leave a mess to be cleaned up. I would recommend the purchase of this to anyone who wants a reasonably high quality oven.

The unit came in perfect condition. The installers were from Tennessee, on time and did a great job installing the unit, demonstrating the basics of using the oven, etc. Very pleasant gentlemen indeed. Great experience overall.

They have a wide selection. Our rep, Clay, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing was very good. The order, installation and haul away of our old oven was very convenient.
