    Quality kitchens came to install and did a very nice job. So far they are the only people I’ve dealt with that have a clue on what’s going on.

    Purchased oven July 2019. Worked maybe 3 weeks. Received error message when oven tries to heat up. Display said to call manufacturer. Had to wait a week for technician to arrive. Tech could not fix had to order parts. Tech arrived today and new parts didn’t work. Called Best Buy for a replacement. They told me to call manufacturer to fix. When they discovered I had Geek Squad protection, they insisted on sending out a Geek technician. Rep on the phone stated they would try 3 times to fix before replacement. My oven is barely a month old and it hasn’t worked in 3 going on 4 weeks. Do not buy this oven and beware of buying major appliances from Best Buy. If you don’t return in 15 days, you are out of luck. They do not stand behind product or the customer!

    We paid to have a custom cabinet built to fit this oven to its specs and it doesn't fit! According to the Best Buy website, all specs, the manual, etc. the cut-out height is listed as 51 13/16". If you measure the actual oven cut-out area, the height is at least an inch smaller! The installer seemed to indicate this was a common issue. Fixing this mistake by Best Buy and GE is going to cost a lot of money! We are going to have to have the cabinet rebuilt or modified.

    I’m giving this oven a 3 at this time just because it needs to be tweaked. The thermostat are off. Placed a service call and awaiting for this to be fixed. So reserving might right to recommend to a friend at this point.

    Ordered the oven beginning of February, we were told the oven is in their warehouse and can be installed right away. The oven has already been delayed until March and the installation date has also been delayed. Not sure when it will come in.

    It doesn’t seem to be baking correctly, it over bakes things and burns, don’t like that the light comes on on both ovens even when you are using only one.
