How can I review this item when it wasn't available for the delivery person to deliver to my house? I ordered this and a delivery date was scheduled, but BestBuy didn't have the product for some reason and then they bumped my date over a week later.
I have read a lot of reviews and this item saves electricity and water and doesn't require a dryer vent. I would love to own one of these.

This device is not ready for usage, whatever happened to QA? We gave it a try but the first unit didnt take water, so we said thats fine it coul have been a bad one so we received a second one and just like everyone else the drying didnt work so we returned it. We will stick to what works a gas dryer and a washer separately.

I recently purchased the GE UltraFast All-in-One Washer Dryer, and it has completely revolutionized my laundry routine. The convenience of having a single machine that washes and dries my clothes is something I didn't know I needed, but now I can't imagine living without it.
What I love most is the "set it and forget it" functionality. I can put a load of laundry in before I leave for work or before going to bed, and I come back to clean, dry clothes. There's no more forgetting a wet load in the washer or having to transfer heavy, damp clothes to a separate dryer. The wash cycle is fantastic and gets everything perfectly clean, even heavily soiled items. I was initially skeptical about how well an all-in-one unit would dry, but the clothes come out dry and ready to be put away every time.
The design itself is a huge plus. Because it's a ventless system, I had the flexibility to install it where it made the most sense in my home, without worrying about running a vent to the outside. Combining two large appliances into one has also freed up a significant amount of space in my laundry area. Junk. 3 months dryer won't heat. Multiple service calls and multiple parts and not fixed. GE will not replace the unit, only replace parts. Stay away from GE.

I don’t like it at all it doesn’t dry like it should so hard to operate and it stays wet the whole time I dried my clothes for 5 hours and the clothes was still wet

This has been a game changer for my wife and I. Having lived in apartments there isnt much room to get a traditional washer and dryer but having both combined into one machine has allowed us to cross that bridge. I enjoy how quick it is to wash uniforms after work and let the machine do all the work and it gives us more time to do other tasks throughout the house instead of coming to check on the clothes and switch them to another machine since everything is all in one. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product and it’s quality.

the washer works ok i gues bit it takes a long time to was lije 1 hr 47 normal wash it includes drying BUT BUT when its done the clothes are always moist! so yiu manually have to add 15 30 45 minutes more! ive had it for 1 month now and it never fully drys ut bummer!

We’d like to provide information about your Combo, and address the issue you’ve had with the clothes being moist. Regarding the run time, that can vary depending on the specific items you’re washing, the options selected, etc. Generally, we expect washing and drying the average large load (such as a mixed 10 pound load) to take about two hours. At the end of the cycle, we expect certain clothing items and the air inside may feel a bit humid because of the air-tight seal. If the clothes are only slightly damp, simply removing the items and giving them a quick shake will leave them feeling dry in seconds. If the clothes are wetter than that, we recommend making sure the load isn’t going out of balance and the pump filter isn’t clogged. More information about what to check when clothes are too wet is available on page 27 of the manual; that can be viewed on the Best Buy’s product page for the model when you go the Features section, scroll to the bottom and click the manual link. We also have an article on our GE Appliances website titled “GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Clothes Not Dry When Drying Cycle is Complete”, which includes information about what to check for this issue; you can view that when you look up the title on our website and click the ‘Support’ tab.
