The Dishwasher we have been using it for a week. I do not see any issues, cleans well, and is quite. My only gripe...okay, two gripes. First, GE was running a promotion for free install and that was the motivation to purchase this. I did not want to install myself. Then COVID-19 happened and the install was canceled. I had to install myself, that was annoying. I could have paid less and gotten a different brand. Next, this model the water intake and the drain hose exit from the left side. Did not think much of it but it means that side you have less clearance. It was a pain to get everything to fit without damaging the hose. Also, the directions for install were clearly written by someone that installs dishwashers for a living...they are not very clear for a DIYer. I do not blame Bestbuy, they had no control over this. I wish GE could do something...I did not get the benefit of a free install.

This dishwasher works well, runs loud, is constructed with a very thin/flimsy front panel. Agree with Janna. Install was a train wreck! The installers scratched the wood floors, did not install the cabinet trim pieces, severely bent a foot and jammed broken crate materials under the legs. With nails still attached!!! I'm moderately handy and had to do a complete reinstall of the botch job. I'd give the dishwasher a 3.5 and BestBuy's contracted installers a negative 100.

Only challenge I have run into is my last washer would keep a delay setting and let me open the door to load more. If I missed seeing the note in the instructions, fine. This one needs a reset if you open and that is NOT immediately obvious from the lights on the door. Sanitize cycle is rally hot and really complete.

We bought this one thinking that the GE brand would be reliable. What a serious miscalculation that was! After less than a year one of the blades melted on the end. After playing phone tag and waiting on hold with GE we got them to ship a part to us. The part they shipped was actually broken and we had to go through that ordeal again to get the final part. Now, one year after that, the machine aborts during each wash. There are no alerts or warnings the machine just stops. It’s not even two years old. Avoid this dishwasher and possibly GE altogether. My wife is a former GE employee and this has really soured her opinion of her former employer. Could not be more disappointed.

I love this dishwasher so far. I've had it for one month. I use it about once a week. It cleans well, it is quiet, and I'm glad I bought this one. I read reviews before selecting it. I purchased in in March but it was backordered. I received it at the end of May.

We are super happy to report our new dishwasher is working great! We have never been so happy to have a working dishwasher since ours had gone out several months ago. GE brand makes a variety of dishwashers that are of high quality and perform great.

dishwasher might be ok, but the install was faulty. On first use, with both racks in open position, the entire unit toppled forward, falling on me, and my small animal underneath, and damaging the computer control on top of door! waited a week to have a Best Buy install person return and do a better job of actually screwing the unit into the built in position using brackets that should have been used the first time, but doing nothing about the now permanently damaged door:(

It does take a little while to wash, but its worth it because the dishes are spotless.
