Love the fact that it raises the washer, Best Buy's delivery service would not listen to me and failed to tighten the feet of washer against the riser causing severe shaking on spin cycle, was easy fix, but i paid for installation and the delivery guys were not professional.

It does raise the unit up high enough that you are not bending much. I like it! Just stinks when we did not get all the brackets to attach it to the combo. Now we have to take time off work again to get that installed.

Great and add height to the machine. I love it. At first the machine was delivered without this base.

Works as expected. This just elevates the laundry center - so no drawer or anything fancy. Definitely could not hook the washer up to it as the washer was like 350 pounds so definitely request install if you order the combo unit and the pedestal. It was impossible to do alone.

The pedestal is just a pedestal. I previously had LG's and the lgs were a good height so that you could have the drawer under them. The Ge's are huge comparatively speaking and the drawer pedestals would not fit under them so I used these. They are an expensive riser. The drawers were too tall, and would have made the machines too tall as well

I purchased my GE profile all in one washer & dryer 1/19/24. I havent had it a full month yet but i definitely recommend it. Rather you have a large family or not just having the convenience of being able to start a load and not needing to take it out to add to the dryer. I will say it takes some tweaks on figuring out the best drying time per load and some people might think the cycles are longer than a traditional washer and dryer but i woned the samsung washer and dryer prior to this and my time from start to finish wasnt to much different from this all in one. I love that you can add your detergent & fabric softener to the machine and not worry about it for every load. And not to mention the app where you can change or add things and be notified as it runs.

Riser matches the washers look, there is a bit of rattling but I am not sure if this was due to improper installation by the third party. Overall great height for the washer.

The unit without the base is pretty large, but if you have the space, the base is a nice upgrade to have, making it easier on your back. But if you don’t have the space, at least you dont have to move your clothes from the washer to the dryer…

I love this for making my all in one washer taller. Makes getting the clithes in and out so much easier

Pedestal is good the GE all in one appliance is not.

It's a pedestal it raises the washer/dryer unit. Seems sturdy, and well connected to machine. I would recommend this item as it brings the machine to a much more comfortable height for loading / unloading of machine.

Saved our backs. Bending down too low hurt so this solved that problem.

If you Purchase a General Electric. Profile Washer/Dryer Combo, The Platform Base is a Must! It Makes it Much Easier to Clean the Lower Screen at the Bottom of the Unit.

The ge profile - washer/dryer laundry 7” pedestal - in carbon graphite will come in so handy not having to bend over so far to remove the clothes from the machine.

This has made a huge improvement to the GE washer/dryer combo. My mother has a broken back and cannot bend over, bringing the door to chest level has made her life so much easier.

I needed to raise my front load washer and dryer just a little to cover the wall connections and to make them more accessible. These 7 inch pedestals worked perfectly. The taller ones would have been too high under my cabinets.
