It doesn’t seem they installed it right. It makes such a loud noise that it feels the washer is about to fall off. I only have video to show and it won’t allow to upload but pictures only.

Bad timing

One came in fine. Other was broken so had to go back to warehouse. Attempted to get scheduled 2 times and had to get reschedule. They said they would send a gift card due to the amount of rescheduling and never has been sent. Just upset with customer service. Product is good.

I can fit all my bedding in one load.

My washer shakes when spinning and it opens the drawer. We have tried to level the washer several times and it got a little better but the drawer still comes open when the washer spins.

Live my new GE washer and dryer

My 91 year old mom is not having any difficulty running the machines and lives the pedestals so she doesn’t have to bend over to get to clothes. I love the size inside the drum that can handle small and large loads easily. I like the auto detergent dispenser as well so I’m not having to measure it with every load.
