I only use the drawer under the dryer for a couple of reasons, but didn't want to trust the heavy washer to not warp the drawer underneath or if it overflows, ruin the detergent. Nice and roomy though and lots of storage.

Installers came and did not want to install because their paperwork told them they were installing a washer and dryer not the drawers. It took a very long time and they could not get the washing machine level. Now I have to call a third-party to come in and take care of the problem. It took three appointments and I’m now working on my fourth.

I contact 'Home Services' portion of their help, they promise a gift card in the amount to replace it (actually tell me the card number over the phone) then never send it, and don't communicate they activley canceled it.

When the installer opened the box one of them was very damaged. I now have to take another day off of work. This will be the 4th day I have had to take off.
