Look, we all know that cell phone technology is not quite to the mega pixelation that an awesome 4K OLED display can bring, but for what the Galaxy S6 is equipped with it is hard to complain about anything. From the first second that you step into the VR world, you will be mind blown. I was astonished with the experience for such a low price. Of course some aps, games, and experiences are better than others, but based on the really good ones, I would say this device is simply amazing! You will get fully immersed in a full 360 degree world, paired with a good set of beats, the experience from home cannot be beat. For added fun and if you are a gamer, I suggest buying a bluetooth controller. Yes Samsung sells one, but I bought a Moga Pro Power and it works just fine with 99% of everything for a cheaper price. If you have not experienced this, GO, you will not be disappointed!

This is a step up from the Oculus DK1, but it has flaws. It overheats really quickly. When it's not overheating I notice the lenses inside steaming up (from light use). The audio needs to route through a headband or something. Just coming out of the phone (on the right side) kills the experience. There is still a screen door effect, but much easier on the eyes than the DK1. The amount of blur to the outside peripheral vision feels too exaggerated. That said, this is a great piece of gear and will fill the void until the REAL Oculus is released next year.

So I have to start by saying I don't think it is fair I needed to get a Samsung s6 phone to be able to use this. I loved my htc phone but I must say I will trade my htc phone 10 times over for the Samsung s6 just to be able to use the Samsung vr gear. First thing I will say is I personally think the strap should be at least 1 inch bigger on each side for people who have larger heads. Now let me say this I am 31 years old so I have tried many systems from the 90s till now. I must say personally I think this is on par with what you find in amusement parks like Disney world except you not paying $5 each time for 3 minutes lol and it is all around you in 360 mode so I thing that aspect is better. I was amazed how you really do feel like you are in those videos and the Oculus cinema is also awesome feels like you actually there. I do wish there was a option where you can turn on random people like between 10 - 60 " each time random per movie " so you don't feel so alone. Also unless you have home internet of atleast 15mbps I recommend you download all videos to avoid buffering or video looking choppy in the Milk VR. I really wish the Oculus cinema had a way to allow users to create a video library kind of like Google play does where we can buy movies download it to phones or delete them but we always have the movie owner rights in the cloud in Google. I would so rent movies for oculus cinema. The other cool thing is I wish they would let people customize the home screen home would be awesome but it is ok as it is still looks awesome. I hope they do improve the image some apps/ videos do show screen does " slightly " would be awesome if it was gone or reduced even more. I do know 1 thing since I bought this my xbox one and ps4 and my computer game sims have not been used in almost a week thanks to the Samsung vr gear lol.

This is a must buy for anyone with an S6 or S6 Edge. It will blow your mind. A couple examples of jaw dropping experiences are Oculus Cinema, which places you in a movie theatre, on the moon, or in a home theatre, and gives you the ability to watch short films on the big screen or videos from your library. It's astonishing how realistic it feels and it actually gives you the illusion that you're sitting in the theatre. There are some cool games too, namely Temple Run and a game that gives you the ability to move objects with your mind. It's great. The avengers experience is wonderful, too. It places you in Tony Stark's tower and initially makes you Iron Man himself, so whichever way you move your head, he moves his head perfectly in sync. You must experience this, because VR is definitely going to revolutionize the world of entertainment and how we interact with it, and it's going to provide a new medium by which a new era of creativity will be born and new impossible experiences will be had. Needless to say it's left me impressed as well as my family and friends, even the skeptical ones!

It is truly amazing experience. Watch the movie Catatonic on VRSE and you will be jumping out of your chair. This is going to be the way of the future for amusement parks, movies, games, and sporting events. It is early though, overheating, crashing, and battery life are issues you will have to deal with right now. But overall WELL WORTH IT!

This is awesome! If you want VR NOW, and have as n s6, buy this now, and enjoy it. If your willing to wait for the next level, wait another year and a half for the rift, vive etc to be released. I must say Oculus and Sammy have outdone themselves with this software. Mind blowing. I just gotta make sure I don't accidently fall out of my window in my living room while plating this. I have the coolest toy on the block, no doubt about it!

It could take you a little while to learn your way around this new technology, but it is well worth it! From the moment you put it on your head you are transported into a completely different world. I can not stress how amazing this product is. If you already have a Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge, it is a no-brainer. If you DON'T already have a S6, I would say this is the reason to upgrade to it as soon as you can. Simply put, try this out for 2 minutes you will find it to be one of the most revolutionary products you've seen in your lifetime. Completely mindblowingly awesome.

Just stumbled across the VR Headset by accident.And after figuring out the settings oh my! love this thing need a controller to unleash its full power! Great Product!
