I would never purchase a computer, or for that matter any electronic, without purchasing this support. And I was surprise to find out that this also cover 2 additional products that I already own.

I had big concerns that my desktop and laptop had been compromised. I used the geek squad to evaluate and "clean" both units. I got them back the next day and was pleased to be back in business.

The service plan purchased is what I needed. With computers troubles, it's not if it happens, it's when it happens. I have a peace of mind knowing I have the computer coverage for anything that may come up.

Had a three year and old Dell that the screen went out on, repair was about three weeks so I bought a new HP. What a difference 3 years makes, this Computer is much faster and very user friendly

I never buy warranties or anything but i did get buy geek squad service for a year and outs great i have it for the devices as its so nice to just drop it off and pick it up without pating anything

Great job recovering my data on my laptop!!! I would have lost all my company information if they were not able to get my computer to boot backup and transfer the data to an external hard drive.

The GEEK SQUAD has been my go to for two years. They have been VERY accessible and knowledgeable. I even sleep better knowing I can call them anytime. The small expense is well worth it.

I normally don’t buy extended warranties but in the case of my laptop, this was invaluable. Immediate replacement credit given once laptop was deemed to be junk. No questions asked.

if you don't know jack about computers - geek squad is a must, the price is so worth having these people to help - thank you for not making me feel as stupid as I probably am on electronics

The techs are very competent. The are responsive, and do a good job of addressing the issues. Depending on the level of skill needed you may have to wait a while to get the issues resolved. All in all would recommend Geek Squad.

I bought a new laptop and decided to take the protection plan as it covers up 2 additional computers. I do believe the price is a little expensive and it could be made more affordable, but if you comptuer crashes you need help.

Geek Squad tech. is always prompt, courteous & knowledgable! the problem is always 'fixed'. They are an asset to Best Buy's Store. And the customers that buy a 'Geek Squad' service.

Like an oil change for your car or truck. You might not want to deal with it, but you have to have if you want your computer to last years and remain hassle free! Worth the money. Buy it and consider it insurance.

They are very helpful and friendly, and always are able to get me up and running. I think the service packages they offer can be confusing as to what they cover, how many devices and for how long. It does get a little pricey.

After bringing my son's tablet to the Geek squad, even without a Best Buy warranty, the squad was able to replace the defective tablet for free! I decided then to use Geek squad to service all of our tablets and laptops. Amazing!

Geeksquad is great depending on what store you go to, Pallisades Mall Nyack has the best guys, everywhere else has been extremely dissappointing. Dont go to Yonkers NY geek squad EVER

Great customer support and fixed and issues I had from the beginning when I first tried to set up computer. Was fixed within the hour and was very pleased with the overall service. Very nice people

The geeks have gotten me out of trouble more times than I care to admit. It’s pretty cool the way they take control of your computer and let you sit back, relax, and watch the action.

I would never go 1 day without the Geek Squad, they have helped in every tech problem I have had for the last 7 years. If you are ever buying at Best Buy, don't go home without the Geek Squad.

I am so gad that the Geek squad was there to help me with a nasty virus. They cleaned up my computer and it was back to working within hours. I no longer have a problem with this virus. Thanks...
