I have tried other computer companies to set up my network system but there always was an issue I'd have later. Not this time! We purchased the Geek Squad Warranty and it covers 3 products!! Now if I even have a question about ANY technological issue...I just call them and they answer it. This is very affordable too!

I was called to let me know my old computer was ready for pick up.. Upon arriving at Best Buy, I was told it could not be repaired. I hurriedly purchased another computer with no assistance from a sale associate. After my new computer was ready, I was told that I could have purchased Windows 7. Disappointed, I accepted Windows 10. Lots to learn and not happy.

I am not a computer nerd and not one of your young persons who know all about them; instead I'm a 70+ Senior, who often makes mistakes, and needs someone's help. The Geek Squad has been a lifesaver! Their staff are knowledgeable and very patient with an old man like me. Thank you, Geek Squad.

High end Alienware laptop lost partitions, would not repartition, and would not accept a reinstall. Geeksquad fixed and installed OS and Aleinware drivers, hardware specific drivers back. Although no one was waiting, I also appreciate the appointment system for knowing that I wouldn't have to wait in a long line.

Money well spent! The Geek Squad is available with a click of the mouse! One of the most awesome benefits of purchasing this coverage is having a team of professionals trouble shoot, fine tune and optimize my computer remotely while I go about doing other things, and all from the comfort of my own home. Super convenient!

It's wonderful having the Geek Squad at my fingertips whenever I need them. They set up my webroot, microsoft office and ssd card with no issues. They even email you to pick up and to notify you of any changes. I would recommend getting this additional service. And they're very fast with great customer service.

I love the Geek Squad. They have saved me quite a few times. They have saved my computer by either doing major overhauls or helping me over the phone with computer issues. They have also helped to repair and maintain appliances in a timely fashion. Great techs when needing home service.

Geek squad was able to help me fix my computer twice in one month...however, both times it was for the same problem so I'm not really convinced it was or is fixed. Additionally, I wasn't provided any feedback as to what caused the error or how to avoid it in the future. Just a slight indication that it was a common problem with my computer...

I had a problem with my desktop so i called up Geek Squad and i did not have to wait very long but when i did reach someone they got right to my problem by accessing my computer over the phone and was done with in the hour i did not have to sit in front of computer just went and watched TV till they was done

24/7 support for 3 years for my computers I don't think I could live without. I might not use them all the time but in times of need, they are great. They don't have to be used only when you break something or get a virus. They can be used every so often just to clean out and help make your computer faster.

Tech services are all about the quality and knowledge of the people providing the services. The people are very good and committed to help their customers. They worked on my server twice now once to replace my C: Drive and now to replace my graphics card, Both well done and with care. Thanks to the Geek Squad!

Getting an appointment is relatively easy w minimal wait - the Geeks are on time and follow their appointment times - don't be late; they aren't! Sometimes I find my 20 min appt is too short so I schedule 2 - 20 min back to backs if I think I need extra time. Best added expense value I've ever purchased!

I don't normally purchase warranty programs like Geek Squad but I have to say that this has been worth every penny. The laptops I purchased had some issues and if I had not had this service, the fees to remedy the situation may have far outweighed the cost of the support. I recommend it highly.

Thank goodness for geek squad and helping me upload and get my new laptop up and running! I did later take my computer home and had issues with logging in. They were quick to get me back in and help me get through the updates that needed to happen before my laptop would let me log in and run smoothly.

When looking for the most appropriate computer for my use, the staff and support team were useful. Using my new Lenovo computer and it’s apps is easy in part to the knowledge that was provided by the staff. Seems anything new these days has so many improvements and this computer is the right fit for me

Rec'd notice of possible hack from accountant. Although I didn't click on the hack when it showed, I took my computer to Best Buy. They cleaned it but then I had difficulty reloading my printer/scanner without the disc. If I have it cleaned at regular intervals, I will lose the download again. Geek was helpful when I picked up the computer

I recently joined 23/7 Support because of problems with an aging computer. I have found the Geek Squad to be helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. So far, my only frustration has been the overly-challenging procedure for scheduling pickup after repair. I had no success online or by telephone (multiple tries).

Took my Dell tower to the Squad. Appointment was easy to make. They were timely. Discussed the issues with a squad member and had my tower back is less than a week. Took it home and it now zooms! Best investment I have made in a long time. Geek Squad is super! Everyone should invest in their service.

Excellent customer service. They made me feel like they tried their hardest to fix my computer and save all my photos. They tried nultiple different times and were finally successful. They were honest and kept me informed every step of the way. Having the geek squad protection plan has been a lifesaver.

My laptop had been in storage due to a move. The systems backup were not performed. When I got it out of storage, it was moving slow and finally not at all. The data back up performed was great but most importantly, the team was fantastic. They are very professional and knowledgeable. thanks
