recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro M2, and I must say, I’m impressed. As someone who was a little hesitant about buying refurbished electronics, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Condition: 9/10 The laptop arrived looking practically brand new. There were no visible signs of wear and tear—no scratches, dents, or scuffs. It was clear that the refurbishing process had been thorough. The packaging was also very secure, with Apple’s signature attention to detail. Performance: 10/10 The M2 chip is an absolute powerhouse. Coming from an Intel-based MacBook, the performance boost was immediately noticeable. Apps open almost instantly, and the laptop handles multitasking and heavy workloads with ease. Whether I’m editing photos in Photoshop, video editing in Final Cut Pro, or running a multitude of browser tabs and applications, the MacBook Pro M2 handles it all smoothly. The performance is as fast and responsive as I could have hoped for. Battery Life: 9/10 Battery life is excellent. Apple claims up to 20 hours of use, and I’ve been averaging around 15–17 hours on a full charge with mixed usage. For everyday tasks like web browsing, watching videos, and productivity work, I can easily get through a full workday without needing to plug in. Display: 10/10 The Liquid Retina XDR display is stunning. Colors are vivid, and the contrast is sharp. Whether I’m watching HDR content or just browsing the web, the display quality is outstanding. The brightness levels are impressive too, making it usable even in bright environments. Keyboard and Trackpad: 9/10 The Magic Keyboard is as good as ever—quiet, responsive, and comfortable to type on for long periods. The trackpad is large and precise, offering smooth navigation with no lag. No issues with the keyboard, which was a problem on older MacBook Pro models. Value for Money: 8/10 Refurbished models offer substantial savings, and this MacBook Pro M2 is no exception. I was able to pick up a configuration that would have cost much more if purchased new. Considering the performance, build quality, and longevity that Apple products offer, I feel like I got great value for my money. However, it’s still a pricey investment, even refurbished. Conclusion: Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my refurbished MacBook Pro M2 purchase. The device feels as good as new, and the performance is exceptional. If you’re considering a refurbished model, I highly recommend it—especially with the Apple warranty that comes with it for peace of mind. Whether you’re a professional or casual user, this MacBook Pro delivers on all fronts and is well worth considering if you're after a premium laptop at a more affordable price point.

Purchased an Apple laptop for Christmas for my daughter and so far so good. We were given memberships for trial stuff on it and offered tech support if it’s ever needed. Note: this is the second one I’ve purchased and I’m still happy with them both

This is the second refurbished MacBook I've purchased from Bestbuy and again with issues. The first had faulty speakers and a wrong power supply. This one also had the wrong power supply but at least the laptop itself was functional. Be mindful of purchasing a refurbished Apple product Bestbuy.

Trust worthy, had bad expietences with refurbished, this mac came practically new with some lite scuff in the corners and dusty keys. 100 percent battery health.

Noticed a mark or two on the computer, originally received incorrect charging cord but it was then replaced. Everything is otherwise well.
