Came with a whole year of Apple care+ included. Can’t complain at all! Great value.

I got this laptop in almost new condition. It was for my son and he loves it. It is the perfect size to carry in his backpack.

Came with too many problems no working speakers, battery drained powerd off and made a buzzing sound turned off. Need to check your products mkde ore list that it didn't work properly

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The charger was sticky and the Mac was the wrong color ($30 price difference). Customer service was disgraceful. They assured me multiple times that I’ll receive the price difference as a refund, even made me drive to a store to show them the color, but at the end told me it’s now past the refund and return window and nothing can be done. Never buying from Best Buy again!

This purchase was a total scam, the battery died after 2 months. $1,000 purchase and Best Buy refuses to help without charging me $200. What is the point of "Geek Squad Certified" if the laptop will become useless 2 months after purchase? I just want them to fix this issue.

I was thrilled with my purchase of the refurbished iMac pro. I kept getting messages that delivery was delayed. Then I got a message that the purchase was canceled and the credit would take up to 48 hours to be posted. It never got posted. Good thing I noticed. The person I spoke to just posted it, now I know I need to be vigilant. I am sad.
