Just like all the other reviewers I got a regular ps4 pro not the special edition and based off the pictures from the last person who posted I got the same recycled item he/she did. I returned it and told them it was the wrong item and sure enough they just relisted it for sale.

This is a huge scam, do not buy. I bought this for my brother who is in the hospital. He really wanted to experience the last of us part 2 before he goes into surgery. When i opened the box to suprise him, i was met with a dirty ps4 pro (not the limeted edition Ps4) and a random ps5 controller. There was also no last of us part 2 game either. Thanks you so much for your help best buy, thanks for your ridiculous scams of crap. Oh how could I also forget the $11 dollar supercharge. Thanks so much best buy customer service you really are great!!!

Looks like I got scammed like the other reviewer. Can’t believe Best Buy is scamming its customers liek this. Listing a special edition console with game and shipping out a third rate regular console. I opened it at the store and was extremely angry. The refurbised team should be fired for this, why can’t the CEO or COO set this right? Systemic scamming royal customer is a crime!

The package didn't retained all the things that was advertised and the whole overall system didn't work at all ill never buy 3rd party from bestbuy again because they don't know anything about the merchandise that thev3rd party is selling and claim no responsibility
