When an agent came to our home to install a new router and connect to our devices, he noticed that one of our computers was not operating correctly. He thought that the hard drive was defective and that a diagnostic, done by Best Buy, could determine the issues. We went to Best Buy the following day to submit the computer for test. The experience was a total pleasure. The Geek Squad agents were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After the diagnostic, it was confirmed that the hard drive was in need of replacement. In just a couple of days, the hard drive was replaced. While having a computer with problems is not pleasant, the experience with the Best Buy Geek Squad was a complete and total enjoyment. The agents were personable while being accomplished technicians.

Geek Squad tech support is wonderful! Because I have mobility issues I have had them come to my home twice. Every agent I have worked with, either in home or at the store, is knowledgeable and has explained and fixed my problem with one visit. Their phone support has also saved me from having to try to lug my printer to the store and often solves a problem over the phone. I will never be weithout Geek Squad on my side.

The geek squad have been to my house several times; plus they have given me excellent phone support. I used them in July to set up my new home theater system. They mounted my 85" tv, mounted a wall bracket to run all my cables with; hooked up a 8plug surge protector; hooked up apple 4k tv, blueray disc player, and harmony elite reomote. The Geek squad is such an awesome support for people who need a little help at home (or in store) I had 3 computers on my plan and one was for my mom who lives with me. Having them come to the house when she had issues with hardware, software, or internet kept my mom (89years) communicating with family and friends, online shopping, and entertainment!!! Thank you Geek Sqaud for keeping my mom up and running!!!

Kirk from Geek Squad came to set up my new wifi and several new devices. Turns out, i already knew how to do all that stuff, but the problem was with some dead spots in the house and I just didn't feel like dealing with it. Kirk was great regardless! I learned that there is metal in projector screens so it interferes with wifi and that Kirk is my neighbor. Crazy. Everything has worked perfectly since!

When I first purchased my TV, the agents did everything. Hooked up my TV and connected it to my speakers etc and got it going. I use Geek Squad for my computer and laptop. They are awesome!! They make sure my computer is virus free and get it running smooth. I am so happy I can always turn to Geek Squad for help anytime. Thanks for being there team.

Having changed our tv viewing from Direct to streaming, we needed a newer model router to replace our 6+ year old TP Link. It appears that we have found it. Even though our house exceeds the sq. ft. recommendations for this router, our online devices are close enough to where it doesn't make a difference. This router plus a slight upgrade in internet MB from our provider is doing the job well.

I needed a modem/router combo to replace a Cable One modem and my own LinkSys router. My computers were running slowly and required an extender to cover my 1600 sq.ft. house - not satisfactory! The Geek Squad installed the product I bought and made sure all tablets, phones, tv's, and computers in the house worked well with it. They were very professional.

My Lenovo had some seriously corrupted files. The Geek Squad was able to clean everything out and got her running again. Good as new. They saved all of my data and photos. They kept the machine about 2 later longer then promised that is o.k. with me. They got it running in tip-top shape.

We bought a router, modem and other items for our new home at Best Buys, so they threw in this Home Wi-Fi support. We also purchased Geek Squad set-up, so I have not used it yet. But it is a year of phone support, which gives me lots of peace of mind. Thanks for offering this great service, Best Buy! Its nice to know that we have it, if we need it, going forward.

I did like the highly skilled local tech at the store with the best techs at the main store for the city. I understand and like the idea they plug my computer into a port and the remote server does all the automated eval and software and disk file fixing. The hardware turnaround for a fix is too slow. I do not care if my computer is shipped away for a hardware fix and returned to me if it gets fixed the 1st time.

Finally making the decision to switch from cable to Apps, the Geek Squad was very helpful in confirming my decisions for the necessary products as well as with the installation switch over. I don't believe I could have completed this transaction without their help and educational support. I will remain with Geek Squad FOREVER!!!

Turned out that my cable provider would install the cable modem I purchased at Best Buy for free so I went back to the store and asked for a refund of the WiFi installation service that I'd paid for when I purchased the modem. No hassles at Best Buy to get my refund so I'm a happy camper!

Geek Squad support agents very patient, courteous & knowledgeable as they helped me several times when I needed them. As a first time computer owner, they made me feel secure as they checked out my computer after I was scammed to make sure it was running properly.

Set up was great! I didn’t think that I would need Geek Squad after that, but my husband reset the router and knocked out the information to login. Geek Squad was a major help in resetting the router information and resetting our password. Thanks!

Never had to use it when have bought an item from BEST BUY. But I have bought items that were broken once I made the purchased only to be told there nothing that can do because, I had not bought the replacement coverage for the item. Now I shop at BEST BUY only.

Knock on wood....but if I need to ...I know the option is available....just some piece of mind in this day age of high tech.....and a lot of swearing and such would be averted if my system should go down...in the first year.... Knock on wood......

The geek squad was on time, cl an, knowledgeable and courteous. He also gave me pointers on resetting the router if the power gets knocked out during storms and how to use an app to see if it’s down after storms when not at home.
