I purchased an XM reciver directly from XM. I then purchased the install online. A few days later I recieved the install form and contacted my local best buy. My appointment was sunday at 10 and an hour and a half later I had my reciver installed and was driving away. The install was excellent and the service technician was upfront on the extra costs and where the reciver would be located. No holes were drilled into my dash and the reciever is now hard wired through my speakers.

I recently purchased a Sirius satellite radio. I called the Newington, CT store on a Friday and received an appt. to install on Saturday. The tech was on time. It was explained the night before that I may need a couple of extra parts for a premium install and what the additional cost would be. It was up to me. No surprises on the price. The install was done in the 1 1/2 hrs. estimated. Results are excellent. I am very pleased and this was well worth the price. Tech was extremely polite and professional. I was also told to hold onto my receipt because the install is guaranteed for the life of the unit. I can go to any Best Buy in the country and they will inspect the entire system for free if I have a problem. Except for the hardware itself if there are any problems found they will be fixed for free. Example is if a wire became disconnected for instance. The Geek Squad Rocks!

bought an after market AUX-in unit that connected to the back of my Ford factory radio, making my CD-button the AUX-in, ( its called a PIE- XM5-FRDN) I had already installed most everything else, ( the SIRIUS Sportster 5 Satellite Radio) the antenna, the Cig-lighter, and the FM-relay, but, I didn't like the way the FM-Relay sounded ( too much like analog FM-Radio), so had the Guys at BESTBUYs Mobile auto install the rest of what I wanted, and they did a GREAT JOB, everything is so neat-looking now, and NO cig-lighter anymore, also, now I have GREAT digital sounding Sirius XM Radio in my Truck, and it sounds the way it's meant to be listened too..........

I came in Saturday morning with a replacement radio sent to me directly from XM. The guys at the 115th & Metcalf location in Overland Park, KS did a perfect installation in my brand new 2009 Honda Civic. All the wires were hidden for both the unit and antenna, and the radio was placed in a perfect location. The cost came in lower than expected and the car was ready the same day....and I didn't even have an appointment. Great service on a job that looks like it was done at the Honda factory. Thanks!!

Tried to have the Sat radio installed at Meriden, CT store. Nothing but headaches. No appointments for weeks. Went on the weekend for "first come, first serve". I'll never believe that again. Third in line and told they were already booked for the day. Tried to call to make an appointment and was told someone would call me back to schedule. That was a month ago, no call. I will never deal with that store again. Called the North Haven store, made an appointment, no problem. Got an excellent installer. Did exactly as we asked, was done in 1 hour. Very pleasent experience.

For an Anniversary present, I took my husband's truck to Best Buy @10am on a Friday & bought the Sirius Sportser 5. The Audio Salesperson called Geek Squad from his counter to check the installation wait-couldn't get an answer & directed me to the install office in back of the building. The tech there had no problem taking me in especially since his 10am appt had canceled. He checked the equipment I had bought & was upfront that more items may be needed since it involved a Dodge. Took my cell# & said he'd call if not finished in 90 minutes. I wandered the shopping center for a while, musing @ my good luck & returned to the air-conditioned waiting room which was equipped w/chairs, restrooms & a movie. It was done on time & he demonstrated the radio & answered questions. Left for a road trip that night, no problems & have been enjoying satellite radio ever since.

I thought I could endure the intermittent noise caused by my wipers and outside sources but it was unbearable. So I paid the money to have my satellite radio installed and it was worth every penny. Clean sound, hidden wires, no channel surfing while driving. Be cautious though, aside from the 80 dollars it cost to install the radio, you will end up paying for equipment ($5.00) and a possible power switch ($9.00) which turns the radio off with your car.

I self-installed my new Sirius Starmate 5 radio and everything was fine except for one thing...the static and background FM noise. I just couldn't see paying for a Sirius subscription that sounded that way, but now it's clear as a bell! I found the Best Buy/Geek Squad to be knowledgeable, curteous and efficient. I'm very satisfied with their work.

I had the geek squad intall my new Sirius Satellite Radio and they did a great job! It was fast and simple and it looks very professional. There are no wires showing and it's mounted perfectly. They gave me all the little tips that I needed and I was on my way. I was very satisfied.

Called the Ellisville, MO store and got appointment the same afternoon. Arrived early, no problem. Alex gave me my placement options and told me relax it would be ready in an hour. Got a call in exactly 1 hour, job complete and after a run down of basic operation I'm on my way. If only every customer service experience was like this. Alex works fast, is friendly, competent and a real cutie. Thanks, you made my day.

I went to my local best buy at 11:30 am today to buy the Sportster 5 and have it installed. I was greeted by a Geek Squad member who showed me exactly what all I needed to buy to install it in my car (2005 nissan altima). He asked me if I wanted it installed today- wow! He made an appointment for me at 3 today, so I went shopping and ate lunch. Came back at 3- he said it would be ready in about 2 hours. In about 2 hours I was headed home with a very professional installation! No wires anywhere. It's great! I activated it when I got home. Love it!

The staff in installation take the time to take care of thier customers. They answered all our questions, and did everything they could to help us. It is a professional job, we have found no problems at all. This is worth the price.

The installer at the Live Oak store did an excellent job. Brought the car in and an hour and thirty minutes later it was complete. Excellent results.

Mason at Best Buy in Fargo is the guy to install your satellite radio. Very professional, knowledgable and courteous. Did a super job with the installation in the estimated time. Went out of his way to see that we were satisfied. He deserves a raise!

Went to go get my Sirius radio installed and the mechanic was very helpful and extremely friendly. The whole process went smooth and error free. So far installation has been flawless.

Took a little longer than initially told it would take to install the Sat Receiver, but then I have a lot of other equipment around the dash.
