This is my first remote start and I love it. It works perfectly.

Installed the remote start and it's working perfectly!

I went to store to find the correct remote start. Talked to an associate, bought the suggested one after telling him I have a manual transmission Jeep. Was told it would include everything and installation for the $179 price. Scheduled Geek Squad installation, and when contacted by them I was told the unit would not function with my vehicle, and I had to purchase another bypass module for $50, a manual transmission installation pack for another $50 and pay an extra $50 installation in addition to having to purchase the next level up remote start. The total was to be somewhere around $550, instead of the $179 I already paid. I was rather irritated by this fact as I scheduled time for installation. I obviously returned the unit severely disappointed.

Everything was completed much faster than we expected and everything worked well.

Overall they did a good job. I would have had no idea what to do.

Service was great. Had to pay extra fees, but item works.

Should have invested in one of these a long time ago.

I WAS VERY EXCITED TO GET MY REMOTE START INSTALLED. I HAD TO WAIT APP 3 WEEKS DUE TO HOW BUSY THE INSTALLERS WERE. WHEN I FINALLY WENT FOR MY APPOINTMENT, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $250 BECAUSE OF ALL THE EXTRA PARTS NEEDED. I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND I'M STILL COLD INTHE MORNINGS. I FEEL SOMEONE COULD HAVE TOLD ME SOMETHING SOONER. I LEFT BEST BUY WITH VERY BAD FEELINGS. QUITE A LET-DOWN.

The guys came to work right after a snow storm to keep appointments. Thank you for that. I called to see if they wanted me to cancel and they called me back and the guys came in and did their thing. These guys get 15 out of 10 stars.

Geek squad Installed a car starter for my wife that we purchased at Best Buy. I was impress by the team at Best Buy to get the parts needed, ordered, and Installed. Geek Squad has an excellent team for problem solving. Works great!

Took a long time to get an appointment (they were booked 3 weeks out in January) but the associates were very knowledgeable and even saved me $180.00 by exchanging the remote start I purchased for a better model that had a sale!

I had a remote start system installed which included having to take out a pre existing system of which was done in the time frame provided. No additional charges were incurred. Very knowledgeable technician that did the install.

They actually had the installation done before the estimated time. It was done professionally and they reviewed the operation before I left the store. Great customer service

Chose to get this with our remote start purchase to have it all done at once. The Geek Squad installer was very knowledgeable and professional. Install was done in a timely matter and they explained to us how to use every feature.

Ive had about three different band starters. I find that Cobra is one of the leaders in this area. Some key fobs are cheap in design but you can replace them easily. If I did not go with this brand Compustar is my next choice.

So far things are working great! I have had my remote start a couple of weeks and the guys were courteous and seemed to do a good job. I haven't crawled under the dash but they seemed to do a good job on install.

I was not sure about purchasing an aftermarket remote start for my CRV. But the sales/installer was very knowledgable and did a fantastic job explaining and installing my product. So far it works like a charm.

Wish I remembered his name. He told me was his first install so he was very careful and called for backup to make sure everything was done correctly. He was great and had it done in no time

Couple years later it is not working properly. I have to try to get them to fix it.

Geeksquad did an outstanding job on both installs of both my pickup and my mom's car. I am loving the services and warranty's that Geeksquad provides.
