The guys at Best Buy did a great job! Started on time and finished early. My truck was as clean when finished as it was when I took it there. Remote start has worked flawlessly. Even if you are capable of doing an install like this on you own I do not know why you would. What a headache! For a very reasonable price these guys do it and guarantee it.

Bought the remote start and install bundle on sale. Great price, service was fast, they had my truck done in a couple hours, no hastle.

Overall this is a great product. I had it installed on my 2012 Tundra and had no issues except that the remote start required a bypass switch to fool the car into thinking there is a key in the ignition. This added about $100 to the cost but I was very happy with the end result. The keyless remote works at a much greater range than the factory keyless on my Acura.

The unit is now working exactly as it should but it took a second visit to get it right. After the first appointment, they didn't explain the purpose of the toggle switches under the dashboard. The remote start feature failed the next day and I had to come back for them to reprogram the unit and give me a more complete understanding of the unit's operation.

I bought the viper remote starter from bestbuy and also geek squad tech did the installation and did the excellent job

I ordered this product from the online store. I was charged twice and after calling customer assistance, no one could explain why. I ended up returning the product in the store because it would not work well with my type car. This happened in Nov and I have not yet received a refund to my car. I have called several times to no avail. I will be very careful before buying from Best Buy again. Very careful.

Love getting into a heated car! Remotes are designed well and are not awkward to use. Installation process went smooth thanks. Geek Squad was very helpful with product functions very courteous before and after the install. Would receive the 5 stars if it would only work first time in this cold winter season daily. May need to get the carb adjusted. Not sure. No problem after first cold start.

So far so good. All parts are working great. Have recommended this product to others already.
