Purchased remote start keyless entry with instalition. Had scheduled appointments and had them canceled twice. After making third appointment and showing up. I was quoted ridiculous amount for additional parts $279. Returned unit.I will not buy anything from Best Buy Ever!

I was told when I dropped my car off that it would be 3 to 4 hours and was called after 5 hours to pick up my car because it was finally done. When I picked up the car I asked if the trunk button on the remote worked and they said that was an add on and was not installed because I was not told it was an add on. I realized a few days later that the remote start was set to shut off after 12 mins and when I looked it up, the remote start can only be programmed by the installer so I called to ask why I was not asked how long I want the car to run, I was told no one ever wants their car to run more than the 12 minute factory setting. I think that should be the customers choice and not the installer. Overall this made me not ever want to have any other work done on my car at Best Buy in Middletown, NY.

installation done well, but took much longer than on-line estimate. Took approx. 8 hours.

Happy to have this as we are have extremely cold temps saves me from running out to start it loved that I could get it installed during week without missing any work and was able to finish some Christmas shopping

I went to Best Buy and inquired about a package deal on Bestbuy.com. The technician insured me that it was all inclusive, and the only additional charge would be $15 for material fee. I dropped off my vehicle for the installation. A short time later I was called and advised that there would be an additional charge of $85 for relays. So, what started as a good deal through Bestbuy.com turned into an overpriced install at the store. I would have saved money by purchasing from a local company.

Installation appointment was easy to make. Shop took it in at the appointed time and was finished as specified.

This was a very nice product for the price and the free shipping is also included ,would recommend this product to anyone

This is not an alarm system. It's just a remote to open the vehicle.

Installation by Greek squad was superb, prompt times and very knowledgeable about products.

Must have for cold MN mornings. Push and 15 min later get into warm vehicle. Whats not to love.
