my experience so far has not been good I did take it to the geek squad for constantly losing my internet connection an this problem still exists an I will be taking it back shortly. I felt that there repairs were not for this problem.

I had a difficult time with the installation of the office program. I contacted the Geek Squad. The agent was very thorough and was able to resolve the problem quickly.

This was my first time purchasing one year coverage on my electronics and was very satisfied with the purchase. I will probably buy it again next year for protection.

Feel confident that our new computer will be fixed when it needs to be.

I would buy the support again from Best Buy for other products as well.

I purchased this because I had a great experience with a geek squad session in the past. I told him up front that I would not be able to take it in or pay for a plan and he fixed it promptly for a one time fee. I thought I would purchase this because it covers 2 more computers and is good for a year for $50 more than a one time session. However, within the first 2 sentences the guy on the other end of the remote session told me that if he couldn't fix it, I would have to take it in. A red flag went up and sure enough, he told me it might be a hardware issue and I needed to take it in. I wish I would have had my husband try first because he had me up and running again in 10 minutes! Now I'm afraid to even try to let them on any of my other computers with this plan, because when the agent was done, I couldn't even get on the internet.

So far the value of the product has paid off since it covers up to 3 items. I wish this was around when I dropped $350 3 yrs ago when buying the 3 yr protection plan.

Its a shame that customer service has taken the course that it has at best buys. Used to be that customer service meant that they were more concerned with what the customer wanted than making a dollar. The times they are a changin'.

pricey service for what is done if you only need service once in a year

Your form says 1 year'; I porchased 2 years! Feel safe with the 2 yeats.

Had my computer way longer than necessary. Once problem was discovered, i was not contacted until I went in 5 days later as there was no update when I checked the progress online. I have to take my computer back up to find out how to restore my Quicken backup. So, we'll see if I have better luck.

I feel so confident that the Geek Squad is there for me 24/7, as I am not computer literate, just an elderly lady with no more worry, loving the ease of my computer..

The Geek Squad cleaned up a computer virus and did not lose any of my data. They were thorough, knowledgeable, quick and completely professional. Highly recommended.

This pays for itself after 1 or 2 incidents, such as hard drive crash.

I am relieved to have excellent back up for my computer service needs.

Have been on hold for over a half an hour or more at least twice waiting for a tech to answer and have hung up due to no one answering. Techs don't always seem that knowledgeable in resolving problems. Not that satisfied thus far.

I have had earlier dealings with the Geek Squad so expect good service.

They have all the answers for most devices but you should make appt.

It may b a little pricey but years after registering u get a discounted price of half the original. Great feeling knowing ur protected when browsing the internet.
