I had 3 laptops that were in need of cleaning & tweeking instead of having to pay for each seperatly -- tech support plan covered all 3 for less$$$

Purchased plan for 3 computers. One was quickly fixed at store in 2 days. The other 2 were cleaned up online without a hassle. Loved this service!

Happy with the new drive but not happy because of incompatibility of some of the features of Kasperski 's Password Manager with IE 10 on Windows 7.

I have been having trouble with my computer so I made an appt. Unhooked everything (it is a tower, bulky and heavy), drove all the way to Best Buy at $4 a gallon, went in to have my computer serviced and they would not even look at my cotmpeur until I bought this plan of coverage. Otherwise they could not guarantee me how much fixing my computer would even cost. Ya see it runs suuupppeeerrr slow. Even typing on Word is slow. The computer cannot keep up with my awesome 50 WPM typing skills! ANyways I bought the $199 dollar plan so they would fix it, plus I can even bring in 3 other computers. Wow! Sounds like a great deal.....Yeh no. They told me they would have my computer for 3 or 4 days.... Wow...Yeh...no. They told me they would call and update me on how things were going....Wow...Yeh...NO. I actually did all the calling to ask about updates and how things were going. One week later I get the computer back and it still runs very very slow. It can barely take loading a picture for me to view it. I literally walk away from the computer for 15 minutes. They told me I did not have a single virus on it. They told me all was fixed and I was ready to take my beloved computer home. Nothing has changed. It still runs lite a turtle. Dial up is quicker than this computer. I have no words. I am disappointed and they took my money. They did nothing to this computer but sell me a garbage tech support. I will send this and still not get a call about What they can do to help fix my computer.

I am more than satisfied with this tech support service. I've used it several times already & I have never felt more confident with my computer.

I spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to schedule an in-home appointment. I got transferred twice, talking to 3 "agents" before the call was over. What a hassle and I haven't even had the appointment yet!

We have always been happy with the service when we needed repairs for our laptops. They always make sure that we are satisfied with the repairs.

They were knowledgeable about computer but the turn around time after buying a computer should be quicker than 3 days after I purchased it. We were told it would be a couple hours and when we went back they told me that it would be a couple days now. They were behind.

I was debating on fixing my laptop or buying a tablet and I choose to fix the laptop. They wiped my computer clean and reloaded it, works fine now.

Support staff is awesome. Have helped me every problem. Easy and convenient. Would recommend for any person that needs help at times w computers
