Have used this a number of times since purchase. Agents were very knowledgable of my probles/s and corrected in a very timely manner.

This is a great plan for covering multiple devices. I may never use it but it's great to know my laptop and 2 other PCs are covered.

Very Good have already used them once. Had internet connection problems linking up. They scan the laptop, and said it had a virus.

I'm glad I bought the protection plan - now I don't have to worry about anything - and my first experience was done expediently!!

BB overhauled Geek Squad and now everyone looks like a geek squad member, but in reality, know nothing about computer repair. Then they send you to someone else that has to send the computer out for repair. So far has been a waste of time and money.

I think it is great that I can get repairs and it is worth the peace of mind. However, the appointment policy is not so great. I paid for a service, but must get an appointment for this service. I should be able to just take it in and get answers

Very good to be able to have this so you have someone to rely on if anything should happen, and it usually does

Had issues with first laptop we purchased. Super friendly and easy to work with. So glad we got the protection.

Store personal were excellent and the geek squad was excellent, will recommend to friends.

Overall I have found my majority of experiences were good so I would recomend the warenteewith product[s] get the best warentee.

Love Geek Squad. Very professional service and customer support. answered all the questions i had about my computer and tablet.!

Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and friendly, Only downside was it taking 4 days to complete. Missed computer while being fixed.

Brought my laptop in for some installations and there were some conflicting things said by agents on the subject of my meeting with them, but its nice to have that 24/7 support for when i go off to school and when i need help downloading software.

Geek Squad also fixed an old computer that wouldn't even turn on. The only thing that is sometimes irritating is the long lines.

I was nervous about spending so much for a PC. With thr knowledge of geeksquad support i feel as though the value is truly there.

This Geek has worked for me many times and I am always satisfied with his work and knowledge of what's happening with my computer.

Have used twice so far to turn off options and tune up computers and both times they fixed it. Worth the money for piece of mind.

I had taken my imac in for repairs and requested specific repairs be done.repairs were not completed as requested and security software was installed on both sides of my partitioned imac.
