found the geek support for 2 year to be a good purchase - not so computer savvy so support on hand or in store saves money

Took my computer in and tech said nothing wrong with it. There still is but just like a car, runs great when I take it in.

I normally don't buy warranties with my purchases. I am not sure what this is for since you have a one year warranty with the computer

Geek squad did a good job of showing me what the problem was and the necessary steps to fix it. Was done on promised date.

at this time I have not need help on my iPad mini, but I am so peaceful that when I need assistance they are there to help

I was shocked to learn I had to make an appt. The first tech I saw was wrong with his assumption of my computer's problem. I went back and saw someone else and he confirmed my computer had 242 viruses. However, when I picked up the computer I was given a hard time because I did not make an appt to pick it up. Also, I think it is wrong to charge me a $100 fee to 2 day service. My other option was to wait 2 weeks for the repair. Unbelievable!!!

I have used Geek Squad to customize my desktop computer and to help with my home network. Everything has gone as expected.

My first printer had a bad wifi card and it wouldn't stay connected.Had to return to store and they replaced it for free.

I haven't used since original setup. I have more luck going to Dell, Microsoft, etc. online support. First time user setup was good; So far buying the extra support isn't worth it.

I took my computer in as it kept freezing up. They made me buy a year's service contract just to look at it. They never called to tell me when it was ready, I had to call them. The computer doesn't freeze up, as much, but we get pop-ups all over the place. When I went in to pickup the computer, I was originally told that the computer would be plugged in and we would be able to see how it works. That didn't happen. She was not un-pleasant just not helpful. I wish that I had done a little more research and used another service.

So far, everything I have needed the Geek Squad has been able to help me with, professionally, and (importantly) patiently!

Our computer had the blue screen and they said it was gone and there was nothing they could do so we had to buy a new computer, but I took the old one to a friend and it was fixed.

I love that no matter what problem I have, I can always go to Geek Squad and get the problem fixed. Well worth the money!

Its a relief that I finally have someone I can trust to fix my problems plus rework the issues if they are not resolved.
