Really like the tech support, contract, will probably sign up again. NO CHARGE for the labor to repair a laptop.

I bought the 1 year subscription when we purchased our new laptop in April 2013. We bought this knowing that we would like to get the data off of our old laptop, which was running 100 alone. So far however, I have not been able to access the online registration site (its now May 28th) and was told that there was nothing the phone support people could do for me. I would make sure that the system is running before you purchase the product, or else you may be wasting your time waiting for the site to work.

It is so nice to know that I can take not just one but 3 computers in to get looked at once they start acting up.

Really like it. Would buy it again. Having a little trouble learning the Windows 8 but I'll get it eventually.

Needed help getting junk off my computer that was slowing it down. No problems now and got it back within 24hrs.

Had to have them help out with using Windows 8 (new to me). The tech really knew his stuff and was a great help.
