I have only had need of them once and the guy was m,ore than great.he led me along so I could understand.

I have had issues with my HP laptop in the past and also the present and have had to depend on Geek Squad to resolve my past, present and current issues which means I have to purchase new membership each time I visit the repair shop for the same types of issues. Issues include viruses even though I have virus control. I'm charged each time I have to bring my lap top in for repair. I've had many problems with my HP and feel that for the money I paid the item is not satisfactory.

After I set up my purchased copy of the software, I kept getting reminders to activate my trail version

I use to belong to a Geek Squad plan and paid 19.99 a month and I got directly to a technician and it was worth every penny. When I bought my Laptop I cancelled this plan and got the plan they offered at the store, which was cheaper. The only problem, you have to go through about 3 people before you can get someone to check your computer out and then a couple of times I had to wait over an hour and then I was lucky to get someone. Wish I would have stayed with other plan.
