    Do not buy this product !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you call by phone they put you on hold. I was waiting for 3 hours last night. Than they told me to go to store. Very stupid !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Couldn't Fix my virus

    Called regarding a virus on my computer, the technician accessed my computer and worked on it for an hour with no fix. The technician told me that the virus won't harm my computer. Not happy!!!

    When I arrived to pick up my CPU and my turn came up to be served the technician attempted to connect a monitor to show me the results. The technician could not get the monitor to recognize the CPU and after almost 45 minutes and consulting three other technicians they finally realized that they needed to connect the monitor to the DVI port. Once they did, the monitor recognized the CPU immediately. I would not recommend this crew to anyone.

    have not used yet other than the initial set up of the computer. This took a little longer than expected and e-mails kept saying not started yet. Checked w/store - they said it was completed.
