Can't really give good information on a review , have only used this once since the computer was set up , was easy to get a live person to speak with which was great

I have used the chat a number of times and the agent has helped greatly.

I love the features but there isn;t really any instruction on how to use any of it, like I apparently can add devices to this plan but I have no idea how to do it.

geeksquad agent came to house to fix computer. He did not know what problem was before he came althought it was listed on receipt paper; He came to the house with no tools except something that looked like a phone and was not able to fix or diagnose what was causing the problem. He told me to take to a store to get it fixed.which I did and it was fixed after about a week.but this cost me an extra 50 dollar.You sent a man without tools to fix something at a cost and he told me to do something to get it fixed that wouldnt have cost anything in the first place. This is certainly poor business and I cant recommentd home service at a cost when the geek squad comes with no tools to fix anything

bought computer, walked to support desk by salesperson to get the computer "set up"- no one available at support desk so we had a seat- support desk staff begin to assist us- very "abrupt" regarding setting up a computer- may not be until next day, abrupt questions: "when did you buy it?"- just now;" what are we suppose to do?" initial set up. that staff member ask a second staff member and they said it would be an hour or hour and one-half: informed us it is "simply putting in a cd: we by now had decided to try to set it up ourselves; staff was typing in information VERY FIRMLY- Exagerated pressing of the cash register/computer keys; we simply just looked at each other and debated about addressing the issue- CAME REALLY CLOSE TO JUST ASKING FOR AN IMMEDIATE REFUND!! subsequent trip to Best Buy and now pay attention to the line that seems to be present at the support desk regularly; afraid this service isn't the same as the rest of the store; I am partial to Best Buy for their store assistance/experience but wasn't impressed with support desk . We set up the computer ourself, and haven't contacted them since
