I had no sooner signed up for Geek Squad protection than I had a problem with my HP laptop. I brought it in and one of the wonderful Geek Squad persons figured out my problem right then and there. I was supremely grateful!!!

I have Geek Squad insurance with them for my laptop and phone. They cover way more than any other company that I know of. Lots of unfortunate things happen unexpectedly, it's awesome to know whatever the case I'm covered! Plus they're very knowledgeable with absolutely everything.

The Geek support contract is a great backup for those that have multiple computers and use those computers and software frequently or as a main stay of their home based businesses

Each time I have taken my computer in they have been able to fix the problem. The only negative part is the time it takes to get it back. I understand they have a lot of customers coming in with problems. I feel they may need to hire more techs who only job is to repair computers.

I used to do all my own computer repairs, but now everyone in my family has a computer...hence a high demand for my computer skills...ugh!! so it's nice to have someone else I can depend on to do the work besides myself.

I picked up a nasty new virus and the Geek Squad folks knew about it and removed it with minimum fuss and without having to back-up my data. Nice work.

I wish the service was a little faster due to how much money I spend annually. other then that great to have for computer protection.

I love that this covers up to 3 PC's or laptops. I just saved over $250 because one of my laptops hard drive crashed. I bought another one and with the tech support I didn't have pay for the diagnostics, installation of new hard drive or setup of windows. Great investment!!!

I was warned that this was NOT needed for Mac users but that it MAY come in handy one day. I did not want to spend the money on it but I did anyway.

They do everything possable to correct any problem and to let you know what they did.My hard drive went out on my old PC and they were able to get me going with my external hard drive and I lost nothing, thank GOD>>

I used it to get my Gateway Computer set up and called once or twice when there was a problem and the techs were very helpful.

Tech support is important to have. The diagnostics, virus removal and cleanup and the backup are all must haves for computers and tablets!

The techs were knowledgeable and performed the job quickly and efficiently while keeping me informed and updated.

So far i had a great experienced thus most of the products that i bough are tend to brake or falling apart , thus this far Apple is the Great.

I have only used them for the initial setup, they were extremely good and covered all aspects for me to start using my PC. The new Windows 8 has taken a little training to get used to, but they explained everything to get started and I am completely satisfied.

what experience i have had so far with the geek squad has been relieving to know their there for sure, friendly ,patient , kind and efficient .

The biggest positive is that they are able to work on any computer you have. So they were able to fix my laptop. All I had to do was let them take control and it was done in a few hours. Now my laptop is as good as new. Best people to go to if you have a problem.
