I was so happy that I purchased this service. I did not have time to leave it for set up in the store so I took the tower home with me. I set up some things on my own but then was able to do the remainder with the assistance of the Geek Squad! Excellent!!!

I needed a trojan horse cleared from my computer and they got it out and upgraded my security.

I am glad I got the service contract on my computer. I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually good for three different machines.

I have only used the support 1 time but when I did they were very nice and explained it to me in a way I could understaned and they were understanding when I did get what they talking about. Iwould recommend this for someone who is not computer friendly.

Handy locations and knowledgeable techs. I have brought a couple of laptops in and they were fixed and ready within a couple of days.

being handicapped, it is difficult for me to get into stores - this product offers help on line and has been very helpful to me for all 3 of our computers

I wish I could have just pd for what needed to be fixed on laptop (or had the option) instead of having to buy the 1 yr service plan

The Geek Squad tech support is very helpful. I am confident in the information they provide and they are extremely knowledgeable. They are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I am glad I have them available for my tech support needs.

I like having the option to have someone help me.Its better when they actually know what they are talking about

Had the Geek Squad set up my son's new laptop and install Office and a new AV program. While this is something I could have done myself I took advantage of their service as I wanted to get a feel for how their service works in the real world.

I had to wait a while for my computer to get reflashed when I purchased but overall I cant really complain about the service.

It pretty good for people who need help on things they don't know about problems on their computers or the computer itself.

I purchased a one year service at time of new PC upgrade and had the opportunity to use them on a couple occasions. They were polite, helpful and very professional. AND they resolved issues with-in minutes. Would definitely recommend!!!

I paid almost $400 for a 3-year service plan, excited about getting our home computers up-to-date and cleaned up. Two weeks later, my laptop is wiped clean, to the point that my wireless printer was no longer linked to my computer. I was unable to connect them myself so I returned the computer to the store. Unable to download the program from the internet to the computer, the tech asked to keep my computer and printer, with the intention that he would call me later that day. To make a super long story shorter, One day turned into 5, my printer now only works if connected to a usb cable, I no longer have MS office OR windows, since I was not the original owner of the computer and do not have the programs to re-intall. Basically, I paid $400 to NOT have a computer and a printer. When I went back to the store to talk to a manager, I was told that "at least it works with a usb cable" and "there's nothing we can do about the programs." I asked for help, nearly in tears. I asked for someone to come to my home and figure out why my printer is no longer wirelessly connected and was told that I didn't buy that plan, that if I paid $50 MORE, I could have someone come to my house. Did I mention that I was laid off and do not have $50 MORE to spend after spending $400? I left, defeated, disappointed. It took me a while to get around to writing this review, as I don't like to speak negatively about people, but I feel you need to know. On a positive note, the geek squad techs were nice...but they need more help, seem overwhelmed at times.

I have used my membership twice since recently purchasing. The work I needed done was completed in less time than I was quoted and my computer is working much better. I am so glad I have someone to turn to when I have computer issues.

I purchases this with WebRoot security and they both cover three machines. I had to have one machine fixed anyway and think it is an excellent value. Viruses are not going to get any easier and this allows maintenance for a fixed cost.

Recovered my old files from a crashed laptop, installed them on my new machine, backed them up on my new backup drive and gave me a clear, concise and comprehensive startup on my new machine. All this was done quickly and courteously.

I am not one to usually buy this type of coverage but through a mishap with a computer found it was well worth having the coverage and the coverage was less expensive than having to pay for a new computer or having the old one fixed.

The person I worked with was great. He knew what the problem was and was able to fix my immediate problem and more. He also updated every thing and made my new computer run great.
