Needed help with crashed computer. With product, Geek Squad was able to restore computer and can now continue on!

For the everyday user,it's ok.got geek squad coverage and they were great.had to use them 2xs already.very knowledgeable.

I am really glad that I have the protection and I feel reassured that I have someone to help me when/if I need them.

One of the important reasons for shopping at Best Buy was the availability of teck support on site. People have always been friendly and have tried to trouble shoot my problems while I was in the store. Wait time was reasonable.

Had a technician service a laptop that was running very slow and he advised that he couldn't fix it. He provided data backup. Took the laptop to Geek Squad and they fixed it and it is running better than it has in a long time.

They have procedures to follow and follow them well. However, I had a split drive that they did not transfer the data over the first time, because they didn't look for it. So I had to wait another 3 days to have it completed.

Service for 3 products is a great idea. Not having to purchase extra service for additional products is excellent.

It sounds so good that you pay this money and feel that you're covered for all kinds of problems. Truth is, the staff is not competent to handle complicated problems (they send those out). They charge extra for sending things out and for replacement parts. You'd think you would get more for the price you pay.

Who wouldn't want 24/7 protection on your computers? I have already taken in one of my old laptops and had it fixed. They are knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. It's a small price to pay for keeping your computers in check.

Although there was a wait in getting served, the technician took his time to explain and give quality service.

I just purchased this product along with my new laptop only 6 weeks ago so I have not incurred any issues yet.

The staff is very knowledgably when I stopped by to ask questions. I like the convenience this product offers.

Geek Squad professionals have done everything I requested from fixing a computer and a Blu Ray disc player to installing a new flat screen TV in my home. I would highly recommend their service for your electronic needs.

Can't believe after 3 months of purchasing the computer that it already had issues. That's really too bad. I am grateful though that I allowed the tech to come into my computer & fix the problem. He was truly a blessing.

I purchased a new laptop and they made a back up file and installed anti-virus software. Everything went fine with that order but when I ask them to upgrade my old laptop with Windows Pro; that's when the problems occurred. I found out that they push your order back in favor of new purchases. It took a week for them to upgrade my hard drive and install Windows Pro. When I received my computer it did not play DVD's or stream Netflix; and it would not take the code from the disc .Still waiting for repairs; it's been 3weeks .

I bought in my Dell laptop computer because the hard drive went out. Geek Squad fix it in no time. It is running great. The Geek Squad people were so nice and helpful.

Had a few issues with new laptop and I knew more than one of the techs but the another one knew their stuff.
