So far so good :) The online geeks are good, but I am especially happy with the geek squad inside best buy!

3 other people looked at my laptop first and could not get it unlocked, here I was unlocked and out the door in less than 1 hour.

who you gonna call when a virus hits you all? geek squad,that's who! That is, if you've payed your dues!!!!!

I haven't had to use this yet but feel that it will be a great resource if anything happens to my products

There's just about no problem they cannot solve or correct for you. They work with you through every step.

The Geek quickly analyzed what my problem was and told me what I would need to do to fix it. (It was an out-of-warranty disc player that had become inoperative and I elected not to repair it).

I paid the extra money for tech support since I was a new Apple user and happy that I did. There were several apps I did not know how to work and the tech support was available 24/7 to walk me thru any problems.

Have not used the squad yet and hopefully do not have to. Knowing that if something happens I can call.

With all the problems I have been having I cant say enough with the help I have been geting trying to make my computer work.

WE have had a very positive experience with the agents who have helped us with problems or questions we had. In two months we've called about 6 times with questions. Each time we have received a helpful answer.

This is a great value if anything should happen to your purchase, especially if the purchase if pricy.

They are an awesome group of individuals. The only complaints I have is the wait time in line at the store. They got everything set up for me in a timely manner though. Very knowledgeable. Very very friendly.

I appreciate the knowledgeable sales people at Best Buy. I always felt open to ask any questions, The store had several price points and offers of products to compare. I believe in getting service with a sale.

Worked out OK; a few more phone call than what I would have preferred. Staff was helpful and friendly

I like that they are there to help if you have any questions or problems with your computer and I have used The Geek Squad in the past and I am back again with another computer so that should say it all ...

I am very happy with Geek Squad. The repairs were made quickly and efficiently. Definitely worth it.

tHE AGENT THA HELPED US DID A WONDERFUL JOB! WAS SUPPER HELPFUL AND NICE THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME. hE EXPLAINED EVRYTHING AND MORE FOR WHAT WE PURCHASING! WOULDNT MIND BEING HELPED BY THE SAME PERSON AGAIN !

Haven't had to use it yet, but it is good to know I have this option if anything happens. After destroying my Macbook Pro by spilling liquid on it, I needed the security of damage control on my new computer.

The help I recieve is good, but the laptop I bought is in for repairs as much as it is at my home.
