So far, everything we have brought to them has been done quickly. Everyone is very helpful and always treats us like they care.

I am not real happy with this product as far as taking our laptop computer in. Several issues in regards to the experience with that hardware item, however, it did save us a few dollars which in this day is important to me and my family.

Great buy and great service all around, the geek squad was easy to work with and very helpfull and knew what they were doing.

When I purchased this at my local Best Buy store, I was told that it was something else and then I realized it was just Tech Support. I guess it is useful for those who would need tech help. Just make sure you know what you are buying!

I have used Geek Squad on other products , that I purchased from Best Buy. Every issue was taken care of in a timely manner. The staff was professional and courteous.

I would only say when dealing with children behind the wheel of your computer make sure you explicitly spell out slowly what they can and CANNOT do. Make your decisions slowly and please get other opinions. All I needed was a virus wipe and a os upgrade and they tried getting me to do a wipe of the drive four or five times after I told them hold it for a minute dont wipe the drive tried looking again for the upgrade to win7 again I found it let them have it and it still took two more days to get it back. I thought their system of how they get and fix computers should be fixed and the Geeks need to go throught more comprehensive training on fixing computers.

I am very happy with my laptop computer. I also bought the year service with geek squad. I am very happy with the service.

I have had some problem with questionably knowledgeable agents. However, I love the options provided by my membership and have no regrets in paying for the service.

I was reated fairly and with the utmost respect. Everything was spelled out up front and was given choices good and bad. work was done on time and to my satifaction.

If you do not use your computer or laptop on a daily basis, the best buy and Geek Squad coverage plan probably works great. If your electronic device is important and you depend on it for work everyday, GEEK SQUAD CANNOT BE DEPENDED ON. THEY TAKE WAY TOO LONG TO FIX AN ISSUE. I paid for all of the extra protection and virus removal, and now my laptop is 2 months old and they want to send the laptop out for 2 weeks+ to fix the wifi that has been having problems since I bought it. This computer is USED FOR BUSINESS. It is something I depend on. I don't have time to send it out for 2-3 weeks at a time. If I Knew this I would have just bought the laptop at Costco. I now have to buy a second $1000 laptop to use a backup when Geek Squad works on their fixes. The keyboard is also having problems. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. When Best Buy is faced with a defective product (and that is what this is) they need to REPLACE IT! Not keep trying to fix it (this is the 2nd time it has been sent out). I spoke with the managers in store and have been on the phone with Geek Squad multiple times. WASTE OF MONEY / TIME... good luck

They provided quick turn around with the initial set-up and have explained operating questions with the new Windows 8.

I was having issues with my DVD playback software on my laptop. The Agent searched for several updates, took over my laptop remotely, Then installed new software.

I know when I call the Geek Squad I have nothing to worry about I know they will fix it No matter what the problem. I count it a privilege to have them on my side
