Haven't used the tech support option but really got the plan in case my apple laptop has issues in the future. The guys were helpful up front though. More pricey than Apple's own Apple Care.

I ordered the service to mount the TV, but I was told it's just an add-on service, so I have to purchase other installation service. I asked in that case if they could install the Ethernet cable as well, they said "YES", but it was handled in the computer department and I confirmed multiple times and with multiple people on the phone, which wasted a lot of my anytime minutes. They couldn't put me on schedule until two weeks later. Mounting the TV is really the service I need, but on that day, they sent a computer diagnostic guy in, who is completely nothing to do with the service i requested. He doesn't know anything about TV mounting nor hooking up Ethernet. It was a complete mess. I called 800 number again, some manager said he will consider a price discount for my service, but I never did. When I tried to call back 800 number, people over the phone were very rude, keep transferring to the wrong department and keep me waiting on the phone for hours and hours. This the worst service I have ever had, I would put a negative number on review if there is an option. Terrible service!!!

the geek squad support is an excellent warranty to purchase - the staff are well qualified and and very good at fixing the problem

I wasn't on planning to purchase the geek squad protection but I recently had my computer in for a check up and it was worth it.

Every time I have had a problem the Squad has always been helpful and courtious in every way. I'm very glad I invested in them.

I have had Geek service in two cities and the quality has been great at both. Have used for updates and for diagnosis and fyx.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Walked me through how to find programs on my laptop and how to quickly start using my system.

Worth every penny with Windows 8 coming out. let the professionals put in the time and effort to load the new operating system.

I have utilized this service in the past and found it to be a great deal, especially that it covers 3 devices in your home!!

I haven't used it yet but I've heard the coverage is great. If I ever need at least I know my tablet will be taken care of.
