It always seems you have an issue after the support has ended. It's sort of a "catch 22." So you might as well coz if you don't ooooo the frustration would kill you!

Horrible service

Geek Squad is the worst extended warranty provider. The agents are really rude, they don't know anything, and everything they do takes a really long time. The agents laugh at you when you start reading the Terms and Conditions. Also, I am sending out my new ASUS laptop for already the third time; Geek Squad can't even normally replace a hard drive! "A reasonable number of attempts to fix an issue" is a "vague number." (This is the response I got from an agent.) Every repair "takes longer than expected." Don't really recommend this warranty- horrible service, rude agents... everything is horrible...
P.S. I would recommend to train your agents to write and speak proper English, too. The common spelling and grammar mistakes they make are really annoying.

After numerous trips to pick up (fixed) computer

Geek Squad said would be fixed in 5 working days. After multiple trips to store computer still has unresolved problems. The repair started almost a month ago. The geek squad seems to be technically challanged as they are unable to resolve the issues. I pick up the computer and they tell me it is fixed which it is NOT. The personnel of the geek squad appear to be irritated when they see me reappear and tell them that the computer still has issues. It is very frusterating that I have driven over 300 miles back and forth to the store, wasted my time, get a email that my repair has been closed (even though repair not completed correctly) and still I have to make at least one more trip of try to get online help

Repair thorough as far as I can tell, service bad

As far as I can tell the Geek Squad did a good job of ridding me of the virius. The people behind the counter could not have been ruder. I was actually bullied and mocked by one gentleman. The woman who did my paper work didn't seem to know what she was doing. Also I was promised return in "one to two days." I did not get my computer back for five days!

i bought the protection becauce i had no choice, if i didnt buy the product the computer would not have been fixed. After GS fixed my computer the first time i ended up having to take it back 2 other times and i have to take it back for the same issuses. I will say that the people are friendly and some of them know what they are doing, But, i think that if your computer is under the factory warrenty as well as the Best Buy warrenty there should be no charge for fixing the computer.

Cost about 100$ for their services, and I have had to call them twice. st time they passed me off. The second time the woman was very helpful, and stuck with me with patience. I wouldn't do it again though.
