this was installed on my laptop so that the geek squad could fix my system now my computer i very slow and when typing from either the laptop key board or a wireless keyboard it tends to not tpe correctly

store techs are still learning OS Windows 8 - fail to cover many setup issues - part of the tech support in the purchase was instructions on setting up

I'm very upset that I dropped my laptop off on February 21, (I was going out of town), they told me two days max, they would call when read,(my hubby was going to pick up while I was out of town), 5 days later & still no call & I'm out a computer I needed yesterday. If it is taking longer at least call! Now I've got to chase them down for my computer! They know they can do stuff like this because they are the only game in town. Very unhappy.
