I brought a Asus Laptop from Best Buy of $750 and it ran well for 7 days and now its in repair for more than 2 weeks . Still it is said by Geek Squad that it will take 7 business days to get it back . I am a international student and my graduate studies are affected due to it . The support from best buy according to my experience is very poor . I have never expected such a thing from such a expensive laptop . As a international student $750 is really expensive and I am not getting the experience which I should get my such a expense . When I call Geek squad they say laptop is sent to Asus for home delivery , When I call Asus they say we need RMA Number for tracking and get it from Geek Squad and when I call Geek Squad for RMA Number they say it will be given by Asus when they complete the shipment . The thing is I cannot track where is my laptop and When I will get it back in hands .

Paid tech support to come to office and add printer and solve Microsoft problem, both from geek squad removing virus in store, and neither problem fixed. so frustrating. Tech said printer was 3rd party problem and for me to uninstall and reinstall office to fix other problem. Isn't that what I paid him to do? Still not working!! Paid $2,000 year ago for this computer from Best Buy.

I purchased Tech Support on 09/20 along with a brand new lap top and anti-virus. When the laptop failed I returned it on 10/20 and they made me pay additional money for a new lap top, would not transfer the anti-virus or refund it, and would not refund the Tech Support because it was initially used on 09/20 even though they would not help on 10/20. Then they wanted to charge $80.00 to transfer less than 20 pictures from the broken lap top to the new one. DO NOT BUY TECH SUPPORT. I wish I knew how to attach original email from them explaining benefits of buying anti-virus and how it is transferrable.

I have only used them twice, but they quickly solved my issues.

I had a really bad virus and they fixed it in a timely fashion.

I am happy to know that the Geek Squad is there if I need them

Tech support is always there when you need it, no matter what.
